Welcome to this beautiful home in Seaside Heights!! It also includes 6 BEACH PASSES and is located 1/2 block (2 minute walk) to the beach/boardwalk and plenty of restaurants. Center of all activities, such as Lucky Leo's Arcade, stores, mini golf, ice cream, etc. The house comes with everything, fully stocked with cooking supplies/utensils, bath towels and bed/comforter sheets.
NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE, NO Proms/graduations or rentals groups under age of 25

I would stay there again

Summer Getaway

The house was very clean, well kept and in a great location! Just a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels, supplies and beach chairs. We really didn’t need anything but groceries while we were there. The hosts were very responsive when I had a question. We will definitely stay here again!

Seaside surprise

Excellent location, everything we needed, clean and comfortable

This property was in an excellent location, close to the boardwalk, beach, water park, mini golf, arcades, and rides. The house was clean, comfortable, and had a very well stocked kitchen. The hosts were attentive and even took care of someone parking in our spot without being asked to do it. I highly recommend staying here.

Very cute and close to activities

Very nice home, Mike and Lizbeth added those extra touches to make your stay extra special like towels bedding and even snacks. Was so nice to just come with minimal items and relax.

Perfect in Every Way

The location is perfect; we parked our car and only used it once to go to dinner. The unit had everything we needed for our visit to the Jersey Shore including beach chairs and umbrellas. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for providing such a lovely home!

Great Location and Clean Home

This is an ideal home to stay if you are visiting the Seaside Heights. The location is great. Accessible to many great stores, restaurants and of course the beach and boardwalk. The house is clean. Has pretty much what you need. From sheets, towels and kitchen necessities. My family enjoyed staying here. The host is great. She replies right away and is so accommodating. Definitely a recommended place to stay.

Everything and more than we could have asked for. Host checked in a couple of times via message to make sure we were happy and I had nothing to complain about. The beds were sooo comfy that I will be asking the host where they were purchased!

Awesome family getaway

An awesome property for our family of size 6. The house had all the amenities, including washer and dryer and passes for the beach. The location is perfect and only a block away from the boardwalk. Lizbeth was a great property manager and had the right amount of communication. The house rules posted on the fridge were concise and understandable. We highly recommend this property and will be coming back to this property again

Perfect Jersey Shore Getaway for Friends

Lizbeth and Mike have the perfect Jersey shore home in Seaside Heights that's minutes away from all the action but still a perfect distance away from all the hustle and bustle and close to Seaside Park. The long driveway in the front of the house offers plenty of parking and enough privacy to enjoy time on the porch in the front with the house being setback. The overall décor is very cute "Jersey Shore" while being very clean and they provide all the things you need for spending time on the beach. They are the perfect hosts with a perfect Jersey Shore summer home and I definitely recommend staying here for a great time at the beach whether with family or friends or both!

Great place for a family get together

Our extended family of 8 were looking for a nice long weekend to get everyone together from all over the country for the first time since COVID hit, and Lizbeth’s home did not disappoint. The home was less than a block to the boardwalk with plenty of activities nearby to entertain the entire group (ages 21-70). There are 6 beach passes available to use as well as 3 beach chairs to bring to the beach. Lizbeth was responsive and communicative throughout our stay and made sure to deal with any issues that arose during the weekend quickly and effectively. If you are looking for a rental home close to the beach and boardwalk with plenty of activities to choose from, this is the home to rent

A Class Act

This was our first time renting a shore property so wasn't really sure what to expect. We were just completely utterly wowed from beginning to end. Walking in and seeing this property it is very easy to see that much attention has been given to making their guests feel comfortable. A welcoming bottle of wine and a basket filled with snacks set the tone immediately. We found everything we would need in their beautiful kitchen. Need spices to cook with? They got them! Everything is clean and inviting. Everything works as it should. My grandchildren absolutely loved the bunk beds. The excitement in their eyes showed it all! All the beds were very comfortable, complete with sheets and comforters. Plenty of pillows to meet your individual comfort. Bath towels neatly folded and ready for use. The beach is an easy walk as is the boardwalk. No need to lug your own beach chairs and umbrellas from home, Mike and Lizbeth provide them for your use. A gas grill out back for cooking. Table and chairs out front, perfect for your morning coffee. A truly relaxing atmosphere all way round. They thought of everything! We'll be back!

the unit was very clean and well equipped. 3 minute walk to boards was very nice. street and unit were quiet. did not notice the next door unit occupants unless we were outside at the same time. plenty of parking room for both units without conflicts getting in or out. plenty of room for your whole family. would consider returning on another date.

Great vacation rental for families!

Mike and Lisbeth are amazing hosts. So responsive to emails and their hospitality would rival any great Southerner. This was the perfect setup for our family of 6 to celebrate Christmas while being close to our extended family in other places around New Jersey. All major kitchen amenities, towels and sheets included. Feel confident in vrboing with Mike and Lisbeth!!

Great house, great hosts!

Really nice and clean house, just one block away from the beach and boardwalk. The hosts Lizbeth and Mike are amazing, very responsive and accomodating, and made sure we had everything needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place… hidden gem!

This is a great place to stay. A one block walk to the beach and boardwalk. It was very comfortable with adequate seating for all of us. The interior is lovely. The owner made sure that there were a few treats for snacks. And supplies were there as well to get you started. I will definitely be back for a longer stay next year. They were very gracious hosts. Top notch!

Family fun!

Wonderful townhome within walking distance to the beach. boardwalk and many fun activities to keep my grandchildren entertained. We all enjoyed our stay.
