4 bedroom family home located on the West Side of the Island

Just steps away from one of the most beautiful spots on the Island, west views from West Harbor looking on to the bay of Green Bay. This family home is spacious with 2 bedrooms upstairs, very large master bedroom on the main floor with master bath, and a large den that acts as another bedroom. Gorgeous stone wood burning fireplace is focal point in the bright living room with window views of the beautiful yard and hardwoods. There is a area with cedar walls that adds a lot of character to this home, then proceed out the sliding doors to not only a great large deck, but a screened porch as well. There is a full service washer and dryer if needed. This is not a Waterfront property.

Island Perfection

Perfect Island home. Great location, large lot, surrounded by trees, clean & comfortable, screened in porch was awesome, loved the outdoor bar table, chairs & cabana. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. Comfortable beds.

Family vacation

The house is in great condition and gives a lot of space for everyone to hang out together or find their own things to do. The family really enjoyed grilling, playing in the yard, smores around the fire and playing games in the kitchen. Loved it and would recommend again.

Incredible, well-equipped full house in paradise on earth. Quiet, peaceful, absolutely gorgeous. My pre-teen daughter got the entire top floor to herself. Can't wait to stay here again.

Clean, neat, modern

I’ve stayed in about a dozen different houses on the island. This one was the cleanest and most modern of any that I have stayed in, and this is the only one where I have not had to buy fee-based garbage bags and take the garbage to the dump myself! The hosts were very pleasant and helpful in their communications. It was a great stay.

Our family had an awesome experience at this property! We’ve been vacationing on this island for over 50 yrs so it’s very important to us to find a place that can truly feel like home during our stay. The memories we made here will be cherished forever. The house is very modern, clean & spacious. Close to everything! We also loved the big backyard & firepit. The dryer went out during our stay & we were so impressed with the owners arranging to have a new one installed the next day! That speaks to the kind of hosts that take care of this place & definitely earned our respect & trust in the future. Our family is already looking forward to coming back next year.

Exceeded expectations!

The property is lovely, well maintained, roomy and very comfortable for 8 people. Really nice amenities including air conditioning, a charming screened-in porch, a fire pit, and a great area for TV and games. The hosts thoughtfully provided condiments and spices for cooking, there was plenty of dishes, pots and pans etc. Great location and beautiful scenery -an excellent experience all around.

Quiet, Peaceful & Comfortable

My wife and two young children stayed at KK's for the week. KK's lovely home easily became the base of our island operations. The family was comfortable. Communicating with KK was a breeze and they were very responsive. I would stay again. My children loved Sand Dunes Beach and the Rock Island Beach. We played at playgrounds and got ice cream from Albatross and Wisco Coffee. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Some good some bad. For a 4 bedroom house with 3 showers the hot water does not last long enough for 2 people to shower one right after another. The house was also not very well stocked as far as toilet paper. Did not have any paper towels. The kitchen did have lots as far as pots and pans. Dishwasher did not work all that great had to wash everything by hand. Definitely is an older house. The island is great but be mindfull of when everything closes. Also before you book this i would request the rules and fees the host charge. They do require you to clean and do alot at the end aswell

Comfortable stay in a nice location

We enjoyed staying at the property. We had 7 adults in our group, and having three full bathrooms was very convenient. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We were able to cook out on the grill, and having laundry on the property was a nice plus. Several people had to do remote work during our stay. The internet connection was solid and supported multiple connections at once. One word of caution - cell service can be spotty at times, but this is due to a high volume of tourists taking up limited bandwith on the cell towers. This is an issue everywhere on Washington Island, and not unique to this property. If we need to have a rental property on Washington Island again we would not hesitate to book here.

2021 Washington Island

We've rented numerous homes on Washington Island as we vacation there once per year for the past 26 years. We were impressed with the cleanliness right from the start. We have boats and several cars and there was ample space for all of it. The home is well equipped and it was a huge plus for us that linens and towels are all provided. Even toilet paper! And 3 bathrooms! Another a huge plus! Everything worked as it should and we could not be happier with our choice. Thanks to Kevin and Kacy for facilitating a very successful vacation! We didn't want to leave! We will be back for sure.

Quiet cabin with a great screen porch!

My family and I rented this place for a week. There were 6 adults and by 9 & 10 year old nephews. The space was delightful for us. The super cute retro kitchen was roomy and easy to cook in, the couch was large enough for the adults to watch Hamilton together through the Disney Streaming included. By far we spent the majority of our time in the screen porch which was perfect to keep the bugs out but the breeze on us. The yard was nice and we played daily with the bean bag toss game. The fire pit was also a nice touch and had comfortable Adirondack chairs for 8. The property is wooded enough for the deer to feel comfortable coming into the yard!
