****Maximum 10 people at the house at any time. There are noise monitors inside and outside and will alert me if the noise levels are too high. Quiet hours 10pm-10 am and no use of the pool or outdoor lights during this time. There is a camera at the front door required by the city of Henderson. I do not rent to locals. ****

It was great and the owner was so easy to work with! We stayed for a longer stay - 2 weeks in the dead of Vegas summer and the AC went out and she replaced it the next day. Couldn’t have been happier and will likely stay again since we go every year as a family trip!

Can Use A Thorough Cleaning

While the host was very responsive and prompt with any questions, the site was not very clean. The furniture was uncomfortable and there were several pieces needing repaired or replaced. The location was fine.

Family Reunion

The House was in close proximity to my sister which was the only reason I rented, we stayed for 10 days.The House was adequate for our needs, but very tired and needs some love.Initial communication with Host very unfriendly I felt but once my daughter was in contact with her it became easier. Very little contact during stay but questions always answered promply.Would I stay there again - no.

Excellent House in a good neighborhood

We had a great stay at this house in Vegas! The house was very clean, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The bathroom was well-maintained and spotless. Overall, it was a great place to relax after exploring the city. Highly recommend!

Wunderschönes Haus!

Wir waren zu 6 für 1 Woche in diesem Haus. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, großzügig und geräumig. Jedoch ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen

Great if you’re looking for a QUIET holiday.

Music isn’t allowed by the pool that is only available from 10:00-10:00. The BBQ was some sort of coal burning unit with no fuel supply. The alarm on the door to go in and out of the patio is enough to drive you crazy. We also had to buy soap, shampoo and conditioner because there wasn’t enough provided. However the location was very convenient and the owner gets back to you very quickly.

Comfortable

This home was not as clean or kept up as I had hoped, but it was a comfortable stay, nonetheless. There was a prior reviewer who complained about some of the same issues I had (black feet from the floors, water damaged areas of the ceilings, TV wiring looking sketchy, dust/dirt in the air vents, mildew-stained showers) but we were not uncomfortable and the check-in/out process was one of the easiest I’ve ever encountered. We ran out of trash bags but they were able to bring those to us within 10 minutes!

Sunny Getaway

House provided us with everything we needed. The private pool was amazing to cool us down and the outdoor space was relaxing for morning breakfast and evening dinners. There is a Vons within walking distance and other shops and food options which was great for us. We enjoy cooking our own meals and the kitchen had all the essentials needed cookware dishes etc… Beds were comfy, and quick response times from host. Would stay again!!

This house was not rental ready! We paid premium price for a poor conditioned house! We were here to Lay our mom to rest. So rented a house to keep the traveling family together! The house had enough room but everywhere you looked in home it was not well maintained! Furniture broken fixtures broken, mismatched ceilings improperly repaired after water damage! Showers old not well maintained! Wires hanging from TV.missing shelves in closets! Washing machine showing rust! Overall the house shows no pride in ownership and every corner cut including furniture! House should rent in this condition for much less! We over paid for what we got!

Large, spacious, comfortable beds, nice pool. We went for a wedding and it was a perfect spot as a family to get away from the hustle and bustle at the city.

Family Christmas in Vegas

Great house, great location Because we were traveling from out of the country for the holidays, we wanted and needed a location that was close to the Strip, and could accommodate all of our needs. We chose the home because it had enough bedrooms, open space and elements that would serve us well. The home owner, was very accommodating to our needs. We wanted a Christmas tree and decorations. They found one for us to purchase, decorated it and made sure it was up before we arrived. The only low rating I would mention is that the pool was not heated. It was colder in Vegas than we anticipated. And going outside meant dealing with a noise monitor that was a little too confusing to work with. But that didn’t impact our stay at all. All of the amenities and extras that you can think of; i.e., laundry, dishwasher, and fireplace. Great place

Family stay

This was a great spot for a group of adult family members. The pool table was an unexpected plus! The pool is not heated, but there was plenty of outdoor furniture for us to enjoy the sunny days.

Henderson Getaway

One of the most important things to be when I stay in a vacation home is cleanliness. The house smelled fresh and clean upon entry, which gave me instant relief. The location is close to stores/restaurants/highways. Quick drive to the strip and airport was another plus.

Beautiful place!

My friends and I stayed here for my bachelorette weekend. The house was beautiful, super clean, and perfectly spaced for a group of 9! The pool/backyard area was super fun to use and hangout in as well as the beds are incredibly comfy. Terry was an incredible host and very quick to answer any questions and check in on our visit. The area is very nice and a perfect spot to stay if you’re looking for a place off the strip that is quiet and reserved but still close to the strip. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely Home for Families

The house was lovely! The neighborhood was well lit and safe feeling. Things we really loved: - Cleanliness - Back yard and pool --- LOVED the large first step of the pool. Small kids could still enjoy it a lot. ---Lounge chairs were very comfy --- Pool isn't heated but it was perfectly cool and therapeutic for us. We actually liked it! ---Room for everyone to enjoy the backyard together -Comfy beds for everyone in our party -Nice kitchen -Extra linens including beach towels -Access to laundry machines -Plenty of room for a party of 8-10, including places to eat in the kitchen, dining, and patio. We did ask the kids to keep their voices down, as it’s a quiet residential area - while they would’ve liked to be a little crazy, it was nice being more relaxing. Also, the back door pool door alarms are there for safety and not hooked up to the house alarm, which wasn’t clear at first and scared us a touch! I understood how they worked just fine but we had a couple adults who just avoided them. Overall, very nice and would recommend!

Would not recommend this house!

Home was not properly maintained. Concrete around pool was cracked and uneven. Dangerous! Landscape wasn’t finished. Electrical wiring from old hot tub was exposed. Loose cabinets doors in kitchen. Very dirty vents in ceiling. Pool was nice but would have been nice to have umbrellas and floats. Dirty patio furniture.

A definite recommendation

This was perfect for our family. The pool and pool table were used a lot! The beds were comfy and the set up of the house was great. It was a great reprieve from the heat!! If we do a trip to Vegas again, we’d be sure to try and stay here again.
