Welcome to Seabreeze Escape, a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome, only about 500 yards to the sugary white sands of Miramar Beach. Step inside to be greeted by an open concept living area, dining area and a kitchen with plenty of counter space. It is the perfect place to unwind after a long day at the beach or to enjoy a meal with your crew. You will also find the washer/dryer located conveniently on this level. Climb the beautiful stairs to the second floor to find the two bedrooms. This townhome sleeps up to 6 with a master bedroom containing a king bed and a guest bedroom with two full beds. Both bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom also grants you access to the private covered balcony. Outside you'll find a cozy back patio highlighted by natural beauty, only a few steps to one of two community pools. Take a short stroll to Pompano Joe's, which is also where you will find the beach access. Seabreeze Escape is a wonderful way to spend your beach days - you will surely enjoy your stay!

Located in Miramar Beach, Woodland Shores Complex contains a low-density community of two-story townhomes, with less than 50 units total. All townhomes have private balconies and patios. The community offers shuffleboard, an outdoor BBQ area, community room and two community pools (one heated). You will find the beach access within a short walk at the famous Pompano Joe's restaurant. Woodland Shores is also a short drive away from incredible shopping at Destin Commons and Silver Sands Premium Outlets.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers many great restaurants and stores.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
