Great get away!

Just a quick get away for my husband and I. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for our needs, and we found it very clean and well appointed. Loved the patio area! Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent and convenient condo

My family of 3 adults stayed here for 3 nights. The location was convenient to visit our son as well as drive to various restaurants, hiking, and museums. The condo was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked for the basic cooking that we did. The beds were soft and comfy, and we appreciated the porch. Checkin and checkout were easy and keyless. We'd definitely stay again.

This was the nicest home I have rented in about 10 years of travel. It was stocked with everything one could think of to make staying in and cooking very easy. It felt like home. The location was wonderful. Just minutes from downtown or hiking trails. Beds were comfortable. Might suggest adding a small oscillating fan for the bedrooms. Other than that (which is minor) I truly wish I could have stayed longer! I hope to return often. Thank you.

Good stay

Great place, location, more than usual amenities. There’s a slight odor when entering the house but not overbearing. The backyard is great but now that it’s warm it should be clean & comfortable to sit outside. Dusty furniture and lots of leaves.

Gorgeous Santa Fe condo

The place is gorgeous, the back patio is a great touch. The location was perfect for us, close to downtown but quiet. There is easy access (about 0.5 mi) to the river trail and it's a short drive to the La Tierra trail system.

Great layout and location

Everything was as described. Beautiful unit and well equipped. Location is so convenient to major roadways, a shopping center and towntown. Only slight confusion were the mixed management messages on check-in - a minor irritation in the scheme of things. Would highly recommend.

All the comforts of home in a well-decorated condo!

The property was clean, spacious and just right for us. Wonderfully comfortable beds! Terrific location. We loved being able to walk the neighborhood and have easy access to downtown SF. The only negative was that the internet is VERY VERY slow and we could not stream anything. It was quite frustrating. Other than that it was a lovely stay.

Great place to stay

We were here for a week. The condo is well thought out. There is everything you need to the most minute detail. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Santa Fe spa which is great because I could maintain my workout routine. There is a back patio with a sky chair and two tables to have meals. This is our second year staying here and it now feels like home. The only criticism is that the tv wasn’t a smart tv so we couldn’t access any streaming platforms at night. Other than that, it was perfect.

Comfy, great location, wonderful hosts

The hosts were incredible, very friendly, very timely with responses. The condo was roomy, very clean, comfy, and had everything we needed and then some. They really thought of everything it seems. Our toddler loved the outdoor area which was safe for her to run around in without much supervision. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room in the guest room to set up a pack n play. The location was great, close to a grocery store, and very easy drive to downtown, Meow Wolf and the Railyard. The wifi worked well, so nice to have a washer/dryer and the 1.5 baths. We'd recommend this place to everyone and would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great experience!

Painful experience

First of all, this is a very nice property that is well decorated, well stocked and would under normal circumstances be highly recommended. With that said, this was a disgusting, unsanitary, and appalling experience. The patio area was completely unusable. The bug infestation was incredible. There were thousands of dead and living bugs in this area. There were hundreds inside the home. Unfortunately I did not take pictures of the infestation when we arrived. In retrospect we should have asked for a refund and left. Finding bugs in your bed is unacceptable. I do have several pictures of the bugs later in our stay and after the bugs had been sprayed. Im sorry, but this was a mess that should have been noticed and resolved before our arrival. By the way, we visited the plaza, the city market, canyon street, and Taos. We visited with locals and visitors. No one seemed to be aware of any local bug infestation. Im sorry, but this was a mess.

Spacious, comfy and attractive

We thoroughly enjoyed our home at this condo for our stay in Santa Fe. We were given great directions and found the condo with ease and the entry process was made simple. We had a bumpy first few hours due to an internet problem with the wrong password for a new, superior service but Glynn and her husband were prompt coming over to solve the problem and the internet ran well. The place is clean and well cared for and the common areas are lovely. We think the lighting in the common area, especially the kitchen could be improved and would make things even more pleasant. The lighting was not great in the bedrooms but adequate but I especially liked the blackout blinds as a light sleeper easily wakened by light that was a real plus. The kitchen was well supplied and so was the laundry area and that was much appreciated. Especially the extra towels and laundry soap. The back patio was a real plus and we enjoyed a few lunches out there. There is a nice mall for groceries and good eats walking distance but a little tricky to get to (only .4 miles but across a major stretch of road) and though we were good walkers we found it too far to downtown. But great for day trips out of town so for us the location which was Perfect! Easy parking too. It was also very reasonably priced in a high priced town.. We would stay there again and recommend it to our friends and family

Filled with Santa Fe Charm and conveniently located!

This two bedroom apt is QUINTESSENTIALLY Santa Fe and filled with many details that reflect the culture, art and charm of Santa Fe from vigas, a wonderful kiva (plenty of wood piled in the yard) , talavera sinks and a beautiful sitting area in the yard. The apt is well stocked with all the dishes and cooking items that you will need. There is a large working area in the kitchen as well as a large fridge. Previous guest have left items in both the pantry and the bathroom so there was olive oil and spices in the kitchen and extra body wash and shampoo in the bathroom. There is a washer and dryer in the apt which was convenient. The apt was immaculately clean and well appointed with couches that are inviting and comfortable. There was large tv, easy wifi and lots of quiet space to reflect and relax. The beds are EXTREMELY comfortable and there were ample linens and blankets. The apt is large enough to accommodate a family comfortably. The apt is blocks away from the DeVargas Shopping mall where you can eat at Atrisco (great New Mexican Food) and shop at Sprouts. The apt is close to the Santa Fe cooking school and an easy and direct ride to the Plaza. I recommend spending a day at 10,000 waves spa which is Japanese themed, quiet and heavenIy. This apt also provided great highway access to Northern New Mexico including Ojo Caliente Spa which was serene with its rugged adobe walls and geothermal waters. I have stayed in many places during the 12 years that I take my yearly trip to Santa Fe and this will be my new location. I completely enjoyed my stay AND the owner is easily reached and provides immediate and clear information. The apt is perfect and I am booking now for my next Santa Fe trip!!!!

Comfy and Convenient

The condo was clean and very well appointed. A fully equipped kitchen, all linens and beautifully decorated. Most of our day trips were to the north of Santa Fe, so the location was great, being right on the north edge of town. I was a little put off by the length of paperwork required for the rental, but it worked out OK. I did notice that the property was offered through several management outlets, sometimes at different bottom line prices due to varying fee structures, so look around.
