Location is very close to easy shopping opportunities. Centrally located for plenty of Buffalo activities to include Niagara Falls and Highmark Stadium. thank you for a wonderful stay. We got to spend time with family and friends and enjoyeda great football game, Go Bills

It was a great location for us. We had family that lived right down the road. We made it a football weekend and enjoyed the Bills v Ravens game. We will definitely keep this on our favorites when we are going back to see family there.

This is the perfect location for your stay in the Buffalo/Niagara area. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to all major attractions and areas. It is very convenient to the airport. We were in town for a family event and would definitely stay here again. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating to adjusting our check in time. You can’t go wrong with staying here for your time in Buffalo.

Great Location and Host

We had a great stay in this cozy house while visiting Buffalo for a family birthday. The host was exceptionally communicative and immediately addressed a minor heating problem. They thought of everything, providing plenty of amenities, even including coffee. We will absolutely stay again the next time we're in Buffalo!

Girls trip and concert

We met in buffalo for some leaf peeping. And to see a concert. The location was perfect and quiet. We didn’t cook but did have coffee and danish in the morning. The supplied coffee was great! It was too warm for the hot tub and the hot tub could use a cleaning of the debris on bottom But without getting in we were unable to clean it. Everyone had their own bed and we were comfortable Our only suggestion is far fewer air fresheners. There were more than 10 and the scent was strong.

Overall, this was a great location. Owner was fabulous to work with! The house could definitely use a little TLC and a good deep cleaning. We're mom's, we noticed a lot but looked past it for the much needed weekend away. 😉

Fabulous hosts and great house

Absolutely great weekend with amazing hosts. Quick communication, answered all my questions before and during the stay. Best things; ample towels, good water pressure, spacious rooms, well stocked kitchen, super clean hot tub. Loved that they provided the things you may have forgotten to pack (various shampoos/conditioners/basic kitchen staples). Centrally located, so quick drive to airport and attractions. Was a great stay and will book again if back in the area. Thank you!

Our family loved our stay here. The home has great space and is very comfortable for everyone! The location is perfect to experience all that Buffalo and Niagara Falls has to offer.

Decent but not what we expected

We stayed at this house in June 2021 and it met our needs. However, it didn't live up to the description or photos on VRBO. Pros: Location - very close to shopping, restaurants, and the family we were visiting. Great neighborhood and very quiet. Size - plenty large enough for the three of us and for some family when they came over. Some renovations/updating in one bedroom, one bathroom, and the kitchen. Communication - was great and recognized issues when we shared them. Cons: Air Conditioning - window and floor units, not central. I'm from WNY and know central air isn't always needed but I felt for the price of this property I expected central air. A couple of the dining room pictures show the window unit and I should have noticed that before booking. Layout - It's clear that the bedroom in the rear (not pictured in listing) was added onto the house at some point. It's heating and cooling is different than the rest of the house and doesn't have a bathroom attached. It's a nice, large room with a nice bed and mattress. The sliding door to the outside wasn't fully closed or locked when we arrived. Second bedroom (not pictured) - this property has three bedrooms. One that is updated and included in their listing photos. One that is at the back of the house that I mention above. And one at the front of the house. This is a basic bedroom that isn't as updated as the others. We found a nail in the bed when we were preparing to sleep in it one night and let the owner know about it right away and he apologized. Condition - The owner is a professional photographer and the listing photos are very well staged. I recommend you ask for photos of the living/tv room, other two bedrooms, and second bathroom. The rooms are fine/average but show a bit differently than the ones included on the listing. I wish I would have asked for those before booking as it would have allowed me to go into the rental with more realistic expectations. In addition, when we opened some closets and drawers to look for items they were full of stuff and not organized in any way. Literally just cleaning products and other items thrown in closets and kitchen drawers with dozens of utensils or pots/pans in no organized manner. This is in addition to the kitchen counters being more cluttered with decor and other items than what's shown in the photos. With some intention, this house could feel even bigger than it does. Overall, a decent place if you know what to expect when you arrive.

The Niagara Adventure & Cultural Experience.

This VRBO is located in a quiet, quaint, clean neighborhood. The house is much larger than the eye takes in with the first outside look. Our stay began with the added benefit of Richie & his wife greating us upon our arrival. Richie gave us the lay of the home and lots of helpful details to make our stay comfortable. The home was clean and decorated in such a welcoming way. A double benefit included Richie's recommendations for wonderful eateries and places to see during our stay. Reserving and paying for the reservation was user friendly and convenient. If we are ever in the Tonawanda/Buffalo area again, we definetly plan to reserve and stay at Richie & Lisa's place. This VRBO is highly recommended and worth budget friendly.
