Gorgeously updated beachfront condo with a breathtaking interior! Stunning ocean views of South Padre Island's beach and the Gulf of Mexico! Guests will be delighted when staying at Seagull #203. This 2nd floor beachfront condo entails 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. The beach front views are fantastic! The condo has amazing high end updates that include teak ceilings, granite countertops, tastefully decorated furniture, stainless steel appliances, and a washer/dryer.

The living room is a great space for guests to kick back and relax. The living area offers guests ample seating room on comfy couches and a large flat screen tv encompassed by beautiful wood built ins. The dining area is large and offers seating for 8 people. There is additional seating at the kitchen bar countertop. Located off the living area is the oversized beachfront balcony which offers room for all guests to sit and enjoy South Padre Island's tropical climate and white sandy beaches.

The large master bedroom entails a king bed with flat screen tv. The master bathroom is huge, offering lots of counter top space and guests will love the nicely designed walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom features a king bed with flat screen tv. This bedroom also has an en suite bathroom with a beautiful bathtub/shower. The 3rd bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds, accommodating a total of 4 people in this room.
This condo accommodates a total of 8 people.

Seagull Condominiums has a great pool and hot tub area for guests to catch some sun and have fun! The beach access right next to the condo complex is perfect for a quick and direct route straight to the beach.

Fabulous Views and a Clean, Comfortable Condo

We loved this condo! Fabulous views from the large windows that spanned the dining and living areas. The windows and balcony wrapped around on this corner unit from the east to the south side providing lots of views and light. The condo was clean and beds and furniture were comfortable. The Seagull condo building was well maintained and the pool was refreshing and cool.

We will definitely rent this one again!

Our unit had the perfect accommodations for our party of 6. Beds were very comfortable, which is sometimes hard to come by. Having 3 full baths and a washer and dryer was great as well. We will definitely rent this one again!

Wonderful thanksgiving break

We had a wonderful time with our family at this beautiful condo. Great location. Comfortable living room to relax with the whole family. Great size dining table. Love being able to see and hear the ocean while making special thanksgiving meals. The host was excellent with accommodating and responding to questions quickly. We definitely will be back. The last day when we had to move out, the elevator broke down so that was a little tough for our elderly parents. Other than that, we had a lovely time. Thank you!!

Perfect beach condo

All the updating here was so pretty, loved the tile in the bathrooms! Looks just like the pictures. Nice big dining and living area so our family of 5 could all eat dinner together then lounge on the couch at night for movies. Loved that it's an end unit with all the windows and a wrap around deck. Great place for coffee in the morning watching the sunrise! It's right next to the beach access which was super convenient. They don't have any beach accessories so we had to rent those. Would have been nice to at least have beach towels. We had to buy those at Walmart and try to stuff them in our luggage to get them home. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were not and we loved having a bathroom for every room. Two of the rooms were dark as they don't have a window but our kids stayed in those rooms and didn't care much. If staying with other couples may be something to consider. Could've been a little bit cleaner. Found hair on the floors in the bathrooms and one of the bunk beds had dirty sheets. Kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, dishes and even nice wine glasses but there's absolutely no spices. They leave you a little welcome set of salt/pepper and oil but that's it. We didn't cook much besides breakfast and one dinner so we just picked up some extra salt from the grocery store. Overall we loved our stay here and would stay again if we came back.

. It suited my family ok, except the bunks bed were to small for adults, good for only little children. i was thinking about having a better view of the beach. maybe the one from the 3rd or 4th floor. Will be glad to tell other people about it.

No beach umbrella rentals in front of Seagull condos

This is a really nicely remodeled condo, and SPI Rentals was polite and responsive. However, the Seagull condo complex apparently does not allow beach umbrella/chair rental companies on the beach in front of the complex, so we had to walk down the beach quite a ways to the next spot that had a permit for umbrella rentals, which was a pain with 3 little kids and a bunch of gear. We talked to every umbrella rental company on island and SPI Rentals themselves to verify this. And the beach in front of Seagull was not less crowded or anything as a result. Our family has stayed in Padre for ~40 years at many different condos and we have never experienced this anywhere else. We would not stay here again for that reason alone.

We really appreciate the beautiful Condo we were able to stay in. You can tell they take pride in this home. The only 2 things that wasn't great was the Dishwasher didn't really clean and the Wash machine only gave us like a quarter full of Water in the tub. But still would go back for sure. Thank you for letting us rent it for the week.

Seagull 203

We stayed in Seagull 203 for three days and wish we had stayed longer. The building was peaceful with kind patrons living and vacationing in the building. The building was secure and the reserved parking made it effortless to come and go. The room was great with a fabulous ocean view. The room was clean and equipped with anything we could need. As with any review, it's all a matter of preference and what is important to you. It may not be the perfect place for everyone but it was the perfect place for us. Excellent beach access was a huge plus for us as the family could come and go as we pleased. The bunk beds were quite small so we didn't use them. Perhaps a full or queen size bed would work better than the bunk beds but ít didn't negatively impact our stay, we still enjoyed the room very much and will stay here every time we visit SPI! Sure there are nicer places to stay and worse places to stay. There are cheaper and more expensive places to stay on the island so take this review for what it is, an honest opinion of one family's stay. We prefer this place over many other hotels we stayed at on the island but that's also because we prefer the home feeling.

Great Getaway

Condo was clean, in good condition, and well equipped. We loved the great views of the sunrise, easy beach access, and private pool. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and have family dinners. Zero headaches and a great trip to the island!

Great location for the beach!!

We had a wonderful trip to SPI for a family gathering and the condo worked out very well. Bedrooms and baths were clean, well stocked and comfortable. The deck was delightful to sit out on and hear the waves while drinking our coffee. Good security and easy to access. We would recommend this unit. And the property management had excellent communication and easy to work with.

Labor Day Bliss

We and our family had a great time enjoying the beach, dinning out and enjoying the scenery. This is our annual outing with our family and have stayed at different locations on the island. We have stayed on this property about four times. The unit is clean wonderfully decorated, comfortable and convenient. Looking forward to next year.

Lovely Place on the Beach

We absolutely loved our stay at the Seagull! The condo was perfect and we didn't want to leave. They had everything imaginable that you would need to make your stay wonderful! We totally recommend this place to anybody looking! We will definitely stay again if we have the opportunity!

Great for many reasons

This is a great condo. Updated and decorated nicely. A few things need some attention tho. We loved all the openness of the doors to the beach and wrap around balcony. So glad they have high chairs to look over the rails. You can watch your people from the balcony. The short walk to the beach is so convenient. The downside to the place is parking. The parking sucks. The condo sleeps 8 and that requires 2 vehicles to get there. You have to fight to find another spot to park. The building stairs are completely dark. No light at all at night. The check in process also sucks. We would definitely stay here again.
