The studio unit has all amenities for a vacation on the beach. It has a full kitchen with everything included. Note: the pool is under construction & won’t be available.

The location was perfect as well as the view. You could watch the sunrise from the bed. Place was very clean and organized. The bed was a little too soft and may need replacing. The pool was crisp and clean. We would definitely stay there again.

Very nice location.

Location was great and the pool was excellent. Room was clean and no bugs. The bed could have been a little better but not too bad, it was too soft for me. Overall, it gets an A.

My husband and I had a great 5 night stay. Condo is super clean, comfortable, and beautiful! Gorgeous ocean views from the balcony! The pool and ocean are just steps away! Shops, restaurants, amusements and beaches are all within a short walk. We will definitely plan on staying here again!

Beach Front

Beautiful beach front view from the balcony! Communication was top notch! Easy access to the condo with on site parking. This is an older building and you get what you pay for. I read all the reviews, I can definitely agree with the mattress not being the best, but we made it work. Kitchen was well stocked and even had a k-cup coffee pot. Pool was nice. Location was convenient. We came for Jeep Beach. Our stay was comfortable.

Lovely oasis

Super clean modern oasis in DB. Amazing view and great proximity to beach. Had a great stay. Kitchenette provided all we needed for stay. Property entrance is not as updated but is clean. Good security. Accessible location to everything we wanted to do! Dont miss the springs!

Our condo was on the 3rd floor but there was an elevator. Ocean view and could hear the waves 24/7!! We had wifi and cable tv. The small kitchen had a small refrigerator, toaster, induction cooking, a coffee machine. It was well supplied with anything that you would need. Towels, hairdryer, and a strong shower in the bathroom. The bed had a gel topper and was super comfortable. Our condo ovrrlooked the pool and the ocean. If you went down to the pool...the ocean was just a stairway away!! We had an excellent week. Walking to the pier and the Daytona Bandshell was easy along with walking to the diner for breakfast. We had an excellent stay and would recommend this properly!!

Nice Unit

The owner let me know about the pool being closed. The only suggestion is to let the renters know there is only one parking pass. Most people will assume if a unit accomodates 2 people, there might be 2 cars. Luckily, security worked with us the last night we were there.

Wasn’t too bad

Location is good. Pool still under construction from last years hurricane. Elevators are slow parking garage is tight. Someone pulled the fire alarm so the elevators were out for a while. 4th of July fireworks on the beach we’re non stop all night… wouldn’t have cared much but after standing out in the heat for my car show all days… just wanted peace after midnight and before being out in the heat for 2 more days, but no… 4:00am they finally stopped. But that’s not the rooms fault. Just FYI

Overall Good

Hurricanes have damaged the majority of the beach front properties in the area. The pool listed has been destroyed and understandably so, but a heads up would have been appreciated. I assume that’s why I got a good price, but potential customers need to be aware that there is no longer a pool at this property. The check-in process needs to be better explained. You have no access to any of the locked doors or stairwells until you actually get in the room and get a key. The elevators are the only access. We’re smart people and we figured it out, but just knowing that in advance would have saved us from walking around the property checking doors and access points at night. Just know the elevators in the parking garage are your only access until you get in the room. Area is conveniently located and relatively close to many shops and restaurants on Seabreeze. However, there were methheads staying behind some plywood in the abandoned garage right across the street. It did provide a valuable teaching moment for me to my daughter at 8:00 in the morning, “and that’s why you shouldn’t do drugs kids!” LOL Overall it wasn’t bad and it served our purpose. We’re pretty easy going and tolerant of a lot (I mean come, we were there for Bike Week), but some hard to please or sensitive individuals might not be so tolerant….just manage your expectations. Will stay again if the price is right

Beautiful view everything else subpar

Check in was difficult as there was NO access to building, NO instructions on how to check in and was not given a door code for room. I arrived after 5p and it seems that there is no one normally at building. Fortunately as I pondered what to do, a couple were leaving and helped me. the unit and building is like putting lipstick on a pig. Halls look like seedy hotel. Room looks good but needs a good cleaning. Deadbolt on room door does NOT work! 2 days before check in I was told pool not operational, It has fallen onto beach and water in it is black. Could not use the TV as there was NO instructions and no cable available. Table on balcony is all rusted. NO direct access to beach from building. Had to walk down 2-3 buildings north or south to get onto beach. THE UNIT NEEDS A THOUGH CLEANING. Told owner and he said I needed to contact cleaner? WHAT? On the bright side: There is a spectacular view from the balcony of sunrises and moonrises. You can sit on balcony or open the door and listen to the sound of the ocean as you watch sun/moon rises. It is a great location. I forgot to leave the parking pass and did not realize that til I was 2 hours away. That evening I immediately put it in the mail to the only address I knew: Dayton Beach Club Condominiums IF UNIT HAD BEEN CLEAN I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THIS A 3! IF POOL HAD BEEN IN USEABLE CONDITION AND EASY BEACH ACCESS I WOULD GIVE THIS UNIT A 4! IF CHECK IN HAD BEEN EASY, I WOULD HAVE GIVEN IT A 5!

Not Clean

I hope they find a new housekeeper because this condo was dirty. I found mascara on the linens, chips under the bed, and no one had cleaned the rugs either. The bed was broken, and this place was not close to any coffee shops either.

Room was very nice, view was perfect.

The room was great, the view was fantastic… Bed was very comfortable overall stay was very pleasant except cell service was not very good and the wifi was terrible.
