SEAZ THE DAYZ! POOL DECK AND BEACH ACCESS OPEN! This oceanfront studio offers 1 King bed and Queen pullout couch. Sleeps 4-5. Fireplace for warmth or ambiance and fully functional kitchen! Cold AC, ceiling fan and box fan for those hot Florida days! Adult pool and kiddie pool! Walking distance to the boardwalk, shopping, restaurants, bars, etc. At the corner of Int'l Speedway and A1A for you Nascar Enthusiasts! There are kid innertubes and sand toys for their enjoyment. We would be honored to host your next vacation and be part of your memories being made!

Our unit is on the 4th floor with amazing views of the ocean. We have a private balcony. There is a beautiful oceanfront pool and kiddie pool. Laundry facilities are on the 1st floor. We also have free parking with a parking pass provided. 65" Roku TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, HULU, ESPN, Disney, etc. You just need your login info. Our complex is in the finishing stages of renovations. Renovations may still be going on in other units. Please know it is possible to hear some noise during the day.

This was our first time to Daytona Beach. We enjoyed ourselves. The room was perfect. Checking in and out was a breeze. It was equipped with everything you’d need. It has the BEST ocean views. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises off of the balcony. The room was cute and very clean. The host was amazing and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. The location was within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and the pier! It had a lovely pool and beachfront access. Our family made so many wonderful memories. We will definitely be back!

We just got back from our stay at Seaz the Dayz in Daytona. The condo was as described, it was clean and just right for our stay. There was an issues with the AC, which was out of the hosts control, but they did give me a few days notice and offered solutions…even as far as looking for other places to stay. It ended up being fixed before our arrival, so it all worked out! The pool area was nice and within 2 minutes of leaving our room, we were on the beach. There are a bunch of places within walking distance that you can eat and get drinks. Communication throughout our stay was also wonderful. The view of the sunrise while still in bed… you can beat it! Another nice touch is there are 2 provided beach chairs. We ended up bringing our own since this was our last stop on our trip, but to not have to rent them is great! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Super Cute

The place was just perfect. Everything was new and beautiful. It was a corner unit on the 4th floor and it was so quiet, we watch the moon rise watch the sunrise we saw fireworks from the pier on Saturday night. All from our balcony. The place is in construction still from the hurricane but what they had done was really nice, very family-friendly and the maintenance crew was super nice and helpful. My husband and I would like to go back to the same unit it's everything we needed.

We had an amazing time at this property. The host was very responsive and even let us check in a few hours early when we had a crazy car rental issue and had to uber and change our arrival time. Any questions and she was quick to answer. This location is fantastic. Nice beach with no cars driving on it- pool, lounge chairs, easy walk to so many restaurants and bars and downtown ci vention center area. Inside was beautifully kept and clean and the bed was comfortable. If you are looking for a great place near great amenities - this is it!
