Guests have access to the entire unit and private backyard, except for the garage, which is locked and unavailable.

Visitors' policy during your stay:
Only registered guests may stay overnight.
Up to 2 daytime visitors are allowed with prior approval (8 AM – 8 PM).
No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.

Separate Casita:
A one-bedroom, one-bath casita with a private entrance is separate from the main house. This unit does not have access to the backyard or shared spaces. It’s available for rent through a separate listing: https://www.airbnb.com/l/Ij5VxhNM. We expect our guests to be respectful to other tenants.

Pool Safety:
So that you know, our pool is not fenced. Children must be closely supervised by an adult at all times, both in the backyard and inside the home.

No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, inside or outside.

Pet Policy:
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this property.

Kid-Friendly Home:
We welcome families and children! If you need a pack-and-play, high chair, or diaper genie during your stay, just let us know, and we’ll have them ready.

ID Requirement:
For security purposes, we require an ID for each adult in your group before check-in.

Background Checks:
As Phoenix city regulations require, we perform sex offender background checks for all guests within 24 hours of booking. Renting to a registered sex offender is prohibited. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation.

Outdoor Cameras:
For the safety and security of all guests, there are outdoor security cameras on the front and sides of the home, facing the front yard and street. Please note that these cameras do not monitor private spaces such as the backyard, inside the house, or other areas not visible from the exterior.
