Located in the heart of the peaceful little village of Taurize, this 160 m² village house on 3 levels can accommodate up to 10 people.

The recent renovation of this old village house was done so that you feel at home while retaining the rustic charm and warmth of the old.

It has 3 bedrooms on the first floor, including a master suite with private bathroom (shower and toilets), a double bedroom as well as a dormitory bedroom with 6 single beds, 2 of which on the mezzanine can be converted into a King size bed, an additional bathroom with toilets, a dressing room where you can store your luggage, as well as a warm lounge.

On the ground floor, you access from the entrance into a large living room with open and functional kitchen. There is also an additional bathroom (shower and toilets).

Finally, on the 2nd floor, you will access the summer kitchen and its cosy lounge and a superb panoramic terrace overlooking the village and the surrounding hills. Get ready to enjoy magnificent starry skies.

Lake Tulipière located 1.5 km away and accessible by road or along trails, will delight you for wild swimming in a bucolic setting. Many other water points are also accessible within a reasonable distance.

Exciting news for summer 2026 !! The Taurillou is getting a brand new above-ground swimming pool of 5 meters, set in a private garden just 100 meters from the gite, in a peaceful and picturesque setting. The perfect spot to cool off after a day exploring the Corbières and all it has to offer. Pool up and running fully secured, from early July 2026.
