Ever since watching the movie The Holiday in 2006, it's been a dream of mine to swap my home for others around the world. VRBO allows my family to follow this dream! Here’s several things we like about hosting on VRBO...
1) Interaction with Guests: As a VRBO host from Minneapolis who loves to travel, I thoroughly enjoy the opportunity to connect with guests from all over the world. It's fulfilling to share insights about my city while also learning about their travel experiences and sharing our mutual love for exploration.
2) Hospitality: Hosting on VRBO allows me to extend warm hospitality to my guests. Being a traveler myself, I understand the importance of feeling welcome and comfortable in a new place, so I strive to create a memorable experience for every guest who stays at my properties.
3) Flexibility: Balancing hosting duties with my passion for travel provides a unique flexibility. I can manage my property rental schedule in a way that allows me to continue exploring new destinations while still providing a welcoming home base for my guests.
4) Financial Benefits: Renting out my property on VRBO not only provides a supplementary income stream but also funds my own travel adventures. This reciprocal relationship between hosting and travel makes the financial aspect even more rewarding and fulfilling.

The main reason I chose this neighborhood is because it's so close to the National Sports Center where we receive most of our business at Knudson Rentals.
Also, this property doesn't disappoint when it comes to space! On the main level there is the kitchen, dining room, and living room with walkout to the deck/gazebo/hot tub. 1 floor up you will find 3 bedrooms, one is the master, and one has office space with a second monitor. There are 2 bathrooms on this level and one includes a jacuzzi tub. Moving down to mid-level, we have another living room with a large TV, bar, and foosball. There's also a bedroom, laundry, and bath on this level. Moving to the lower level, we have the 150" theater, and another bedroom.
