Freshly renovated!. The view of the pool and the garden accompany your morning coffee and sunset glass of wine, in time to relax in the hot tub and enjoy dinner al fresco, with the coal grill. Bring your favorite book, and your favorite people, and let the breeze guide your heart.

⭐️Living Room: step into an open floor plan that makes the living room a breezy place to kick back. Cozy up on the sectional sofa and watch the flat-screen with streaming channels. A handy set of games to keep all the family entertained and a soothing white, sand and sea color palette brings the hues of beach inside.

⭐️Dining Area: Come dinnertime, the open layout definitely comes in handy. Cook up something delicious while the kids watch TV, the grandparents play a game of cards at the nearby dining table, and others hang out outside just through the sliding glass doors. Then gather for dinner at the 10-person table inside or eat outside under the stars. Note the unique table was made of hardwood in Brazil, and has an embedded coconut pattern around.

⭐️Kitchen: The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and well-stocked cabinets, with everything you need to entertain at your leisure. Dining sets for 10, glasses, mugs, cooking utensils, pots and pans, baking dishes, baking and muffin trays, and even a breakfast bar, that includes a waffle maker too! . We have a rice maker as well! The dishwasher will come in handy when your vacation includes up to 10 people! And, of course, there’s a Keurig coffee machine, a Bodum French coffee maker, an electric kettle, all ready so that no one has to start the day unhappy. Waffles anyone?! Yes! A new waffle maker will come in handy! We leave you with a starter kit of our favorite K-cups, or one to refill with grounded coffee, and tea, or grab some more at a nearby grocery store. Of course, there is also a side-by-side refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, and a mixer for you to use. The Laundry has a washer and a dryer for you to use during your stay, where you can also find the beach umbrella, chairs, pool games, and beach or pool towels you might need with a place to hang them, as well as a cooler to take to the beach with cool drinks.

⭐️Family Room: A split layout means you can always find peace and quiet at the Lighthouse Point Beach House. Send teens to the family room with a smart TV, or the blue tooth speaker. This space has a sectional sofa for a surprisingly comfortable night’s sleep as a 5th bedroom, with a dressing room and a bathroom shared with the 2nd master. There is also has a desk if you need to close the door for some quiet time to work.

⭐️Pool, Hot Tub and Garden: Now introducing everyone’s favorite spot: the back garden! At the center, the pleasantness of the pool. On one side this space features what we call "The Spa" with a hot tub, and at the back a space to eat and stay over long conversations with a coal grill, with a beautiful relaxing outdoor eating area for lunch under the trees and the sun or dinner under the stars. At the back of the garden, you will find the firepit and chairs, where you can enjoy the Smores we have left for your welcome surprise. And of course, the pool, which can also be accessed from the family room, where you will lounge and relax after a great soothing swim. The pool is not heated, only the hot tub is. Gorgeous all year round, like heaven on Earth! You will find two bicycles for your use, one for adults and one for youth, with a chain you can take with you. Enjoy a ride around the beautiful area!

⭐️Bedrooms: Every bedroom at the Lighthouse Point beach house has its charm! All of the bedrooms have top-of-the-line comfort mattress and crisp, white cotton sheets (no microfibers to protect the planet). Light blocking curtains let you sleep in, and bedside reading lamps and flat-screens in every bedroom are great for night owls. Our new flat screen TVs let you stream your favorite Netflix shows and movies onto any of the TVs, as well as YouTube, Hulu, Amazon, and more.

The first master bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk-in closet and it's own master bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds, and the third bedroom is thought as a space for children with bunk beds, games and books, and a complete pack n’ play to set up if needed. The second master bedroom is just off of the family room, with its bathroom and dressing room, and a queen size bed. The family room has a queen size sofa sleeper, as well, with all linen under the cushion lid.

⭐️Bathrooms: The master bath, we call the roses and gold, has a deep tub with jacuzzi, double sink vanity, a walk-in shower. The second bathroom, we call the daffodils and sun, is by the second and third bedrooms, and has a shower/tub combination, and the third bathroom by the family and the second master, we call the lavender, has a walk-in shower.

Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is not included. If you have an extended stay with us, please let us know if you would like extra cleaning services. There are basic cleaning supplies, dish soap, dishwasher powder, trash bags, paper towels, etc. under the kitchen sink. Please let us know if there is anything else you would need for the house, as we try to anticipate but always want to know if we can make improvements to our service. The laundry has started laundry soap, softener and wool balls, iron and ironing board, and other cleaning supplies if needed. Feel free to use the grocery shopping bag hanging with the pool towels. No cleaning is required before you leave!
