Esta casa es una finca frente al mar completamente remodelada para la paz y la relajación. Renovamos completamente esta casa en 2016. La casa siempre está impecable. Esta casa tiene un plano de planta completamente abierto con impresionantes ventanas nuevas y vistas al mar para su placer vacacional.

La villa paradisíaca ofrece las verdaderas comodidades del hogar para 10 a 12 personas. Cuenta con (3) suites de dormitorio principal con camas King Size / baños completos. La (4) habitación tiene dos juegos de literas (camas de tamaño completo en la parte inferior y camas individuales en la parte superior), baño completo y vestidores.

Te sentirás perfectamente cómodo gracias a un gran espacio abierto con muchos asientos y un nuevo televisor de 70 ". Una cocina contemporánea completamente remodelada con electrodomésticos modernos y (2) refrigeradores / máquinas de hielo para su entretenimiento, gran comedor (mesa para 8 personas) e isla masiva con asientos adicionales para (4).

Todo está hecho para aprovechar el impresionante clima de Florida en una atmósfera de jardines tropicales, grandes palmeras en su exuberante vegetación con vista al agua. El patio, un gran espacio te da la bienvenida, con una hermosa piscina climatizada y grandes (5) tumbonas con una sombrilla enorme para mantenerte protegido del sol. Una nueva barbacoa al aire libre está lista para su entretenimiento gastronómico entretenido y al aire libre.

The house was immaculate. Every bedroom had a bathroom. The beds were comfortable with the exception of the bunk beds, my 27 year old son said it was too hard. The living room had just enough seating for my family of 6 to be comfortable. The kitchen was a chef's dream with every appliance you could ask for. 3 coffee makers and 2 full sized refrigerators. Our host Collette was a sweetheart and the property manager Jamie was very attentive, she went out of her way to make us comfortable. The pool and hot tub are the star of the show! We were in it everyday. The outdoor BBQ and huge table for 8 was where we ate most of our meals. The home is located with close proximity to the beach, stores & fabulous restaurants. I would highly recommend this property!

Furniture in living room and dining was so worn out and uncomfortable. This house is beautiful and could be better with improvements. We had to ask to have hot tub to be turned on and owner did so. We had fun but was not comfortable when it came to sitting around. Photos of pool were taken how many years ago?

We really enjoyed our time in Lighthouse Point. The house was perfect for our large family. All of the bedrooms are large and spacious with plenty of closet space and all with their own baths! This made it so easy for everyone especially with our grandbaby. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have ever been in as far as a rental house. It literally had everything a cook could want!! The outside pool area was also perfect. If we were not in the boat, we were in the pool, grilling and just relaxing. The primary reason for our choice of this house was the dock space. We had our boat and wanted easy access to both the intercostal and the ocean. The canal was nice and wide and the water way was sprinkled with restaurants that you could pull up to as well as two inlets being close by. The only consideration is actual free dock space. While the dock is 80ft about a third of it is occupied by a boat lift that is not operable. Our 32 ft. fit but don’t think you will get a larger boat in the open space. Both the owner and the house manager were great! The property manager actually met me at the property (a first) and walked me through and answered any of my questions. Finally, the location is very close to Deerfield Beach, Boca and Ft Lauderdale so lots of options for shopping, dinning and entertainment.

The home is big, bright, and airy. Beautifully landscaped and excellent pool and hot tub. The views off the canal were stunning and the home came complete with everything needed to really relax and enjoy yourself. The owner and manager were very easy to communicate with and responded to any inquiries promptly. Would stay there again with no hesitation.

Beautiful interior and well maintained. The air conditioning in the children’s bedroom not so good which was a problem as the children did not sleep so well. The exterior of the property could do with some maintenance especially the condition of the underside of the balcony at the rear it looks like it could collapse at anytime and generally looks tired.

Great stay for our son’s graduation

We had a wonderful stay with the family for our son’s graduation. The location of the house and space are great. Pet friendly which is a plus! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and both the property manager and owner were very communicative and helpful. A few details do need some attention which the property manager is aware of:For example the back door is currently not closing properly (you really need to pull very hard to get it closed) which will be addressed next month we heard and the kitchen needs some adjustments on cabinets. We were not aware we could not use the garage but this was not a problem for us, just something to know. There were plenty of bath towels and even shampoo and shower gel were provided which was great. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing, you do need to contact the owner to get the jacuzzi turned on but she is very responsive and it heats up super quickly. Overall we had a wonderful time celebrating our son’s graduation at this spacious home.

Amazing Location!

Our family stayed at this house last week for Spring Break and it was absolutely spectacular! Highly, highly recommend! We had 7 adults, 3 children (ages 9, 8 and 6) and one infant - plenty of spacious room in the house and out on the back patio. The pictures of this house are spot on and it was the perfect location. From the moment we stepped in and the house manager showed us around to the moment we left, everything was perfect. If you are debating on booking this location, don’t hesitate any longer! You will not be disappointed with the accommodations. Additional recognition to Collette and her promptness of responding to messages and our questions, she was extremely kind and very responsive. Perfect location for a family vacation and the pool and hot tub are perfect for kids and adults!

House was clean and roomy. Great to have bathroom for each bedroom.Had to enter with host rep at check in. Never did that before. There were a list of rules with, most notably, instruction to contact host/owner when we wanted the spa turned on. Kitchen is great, nice appliances. hot

Amazing House

The house looks beautiful online, but absolutely does not disappoint when you get there. The outside is big, gets sun all day, on the water, the pool is beautiful and was plenty big for our family of 7. The bedrooms were huge, much bigger than I anticipated, and seemed virtually soundproof, which is great if not everyone is going to bed at the same time. The kitchen is big and well equipped, including 2 large refrigerators that make enough ice we never had to buy any extra (unusual for us). Both Collette and Jamie were very responsive and helpful. We will definitely try to come back!

Thanksgiving holiday

Very clean. All of the rooms are huge. We loved being on the water so the boys could fish. Very close to stores when needed things. The kitchen is fully stocked that we were able to make a full Thanksgiving dinner. We even used the grill one night.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was beautiful and in a great location. It was the most well stocked Vrbo that I have ever been to. The only thing I wish I was different was that it had window coverings on the front and back of the house. Regardless, we felt very safe. The property manager was very nice and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Great time in Lighthouse Point

My siblings and I just stayed at this property and had a great time. The house had plenty of room for 3 families- each with two kids. The kitchen is stocked with the basics you need, plenty of bathrooms and closet space made the trip very easy and comfortable. The backyard is beautiful and we really enjoyed the pool and spa everyday. The only thing was it was a little unclear at first the timing of heating the pool and spa, and when to communicate that with the owner, but once we figured it out, it all worked out well. We had one small issue at the house that Jaime (property manager) and Collette addressed right away. Both were easy to communicate with and gave quick responses! Overall, we were sad to leave and would definitely recommend this property.

Great VRBO for families

We had a great time at this VRBO. Location was wonderful and the home was gorgeous. We had a wonderful family vacation! Pool and hot tub were great. However, the only note I would like to point out is that none of the outdoor furniture matches the pictures on VRBO. That should be updated.

overall really nice place accommodated 7 adults 3 children and a dog . Had all the ammentities for cooking ect outdoor living area with pool and jacuzzi was pretty much why we rented the place which was beautiful you have the intercostal which was nice for my grandsons who fished and caught their share and made awesome memories collette’s manager jaime was super helpful and very responsive !!! The only thing that was missing was a fishing boat or jet skis i could only imagine the liability having that !! Thanks for everything

Beautiful house centrally located

When you first walk into the house the open floor plan is awesome. Plenty of space for all. The main floor master walls out to the pool and the room is huge. The second bedroom on the main floor has its own bathroom. The only feedback I’d give here is that bedroom didn’t have a ceiling fan, the host put a small portable fan to help. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could use and two refrigerators for plenty of food space. The outside was well kept, pool floaties umbrellas and plenty of seating. Truly enough space for all. The house is about 10 minute drive from the beach with lots of restaurants. We loved the start and the memories that were made.

Discover our family estate completely renovated, its stunning pool, its large rooms. where 10 people may have the most comfortable vacation. This estate is 5 minutes from the beach and very close by shops, restaurants, local gym and bars.

Have a good time and benefit from the quietness of the backyard, the relaxing water. Relax on the patio and feel the soft canal breeze. We wanted to design the estate's interior with contemporary design. We are avid boaters and paddle boarders, you can do this right off our beautiful 80ft dock.
