With an area of approximately 36m2, this apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a residence equipped with an elevator, offering easy and convenient access.The apartment includes an entrance, two bedrooms, a living room with a click-clac and a TV, an equipped kitchenette. There is also a bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet. A balcony facing to the west with its garden lounge will allow you to enjoy the view and the fresh air of the mountainThe kitchen is equipped:A top refrigerator, ceramic hobs, dishwasher, oven and microwave.
