This charming apartment is located in the heart of Plaka and was recently renovated in Spring 2021. It sleeps 2-4 people and is ideally placed for visiting all the famous Athenian landmarks as well as the main square (Syntagma) and of course the Acropolis Museum. In the evening the neighborhood offers small local tavernas, cafeterias and romantic streets to explore. The apartment is beautifully decorated with new furnishings and modern appliances. A great choice for those looking to stay in the most historic quarter of the city.

Marvellous location in the Plaka

We had a comfortable, happy stay here. Stelios was helpful and attentive. We were able to walk to everything we needed - tours we'd booked, the supermarket and restaurants. Thanks for our Athens holuday.

Great place

We had a great stay in this apartment. Easy check in and the host was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I was say it is a bit small for more than 2 people and the extra “bed” they had was a pull out couch that was the most comfortable but we made it work. Other than that the location is prefect for exploring the must see in Athens.

Excellent location, great apartment

We had a very easy and great stay at Plaka. The location was perfect. It was small, but fine for me and 3 kids for a couple of nights. Owners were very helpful organising transfers.

Plaka & Acropolis

Location was perfect if you want to stay near Acropolis & the other ancient ruins. Just off the resturant & shopping streets, so close to quite a bit. Host were quick to respond with questions.

Cute apartment close to Acropolis!

We stayed here for 2 days before going on a cruise. It's a very clean apartment located in the heart of Platka. Just a few minute walk to shops, restaurants and the Acropolis! Very easy check in and check out process. Highly recommend this place if you are staying in Athens

Location was perfect, close to everything. We had difficulty getting entry to the apartment as the management company wasn’t available on our arrival and we didn’t realize where the 2nd floor was (sounds ridiculous but the first floor when you walk upstairs is considered the basement).

Just right!

Our family of four- 2 adults and 2 kids (10 &13) spent several fantastic days and nights here. The air conditioning was really great - American style cool which was really a blessing in the 110F heat we experienced in Athens. The space was exactly as described and photographed. The location was perfect, just around the corner from a huge pedestrian area with restaurants and shops. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Great Location but not a Perfect Stay

Property is really well located and was pretty clean. Host communication was excellent. Two things let this property down. Firstly, the bed was very soft and sagged in the middle. It really needs a new mattress. Secondly, and the main thing ẁe didn't like, you cannot flush toilet paper down the toilet. You have to put it in a bag and take it out with the trash. Apparently this is an issue with the street plumbing, but we hated this aspect of our stay and wouldn't stay here again fir that reason.

Location Location Location

The unit is exactly as described in the listing and the location could not be more perfect-so many restaurants and shopping around the corner and right in the heart of Plaka. Check-in was super easy, and the staff was super responsive. The combo washer/dryer was a lifesaver after traveling for 3 weeks with only a carry-on! Keep in mind that this unit is on floor 2 (EU) which is floor 3 (US) - the marble steps are typical for most apartment buildings throughout Europe (be mindful while using). There is a small 2 person elevator if needed (we didn't use) but you still need to walk up a few steps to get to it. Also, the unit door and front gated door locks automatically when closed--don't forget your key when you leave or you will be locked out (our neighbors had a rough first day!) I would not hesitate to stay here again!

First time in athens

We liked staying in the apartment versus a hotel because we felt more a part of a neighborhood. The location is absolutely perfect! An easy walk to everywhere. We bought a 3 day Hop on Hop Off ticket and were able to see the beaches and Piraeus. We used the bus as transport to the cruise port and that saved us a separate taxi ride. The main air conditioner didnt seem to work but we were able to use the one in the bedroom. There were no washcloths, a small inconvenience. We would recommend it and would stay here again, and bring washcloths! Lol.

We were so happy we made this choice. We took the M3 Metro from the airport to the Syntagma stop (9 Euro). The apartment was an easy 5-minute walk from there. JJ Hospitality did so much for us to make our stay very pleasant. They made the check-in process easy. They were very responsive to any questions we had and offered helpful dining tips from a local’s perspective. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed - including a washer and dryer. We were in one of the main areas of Plaka, yet 1 block removed so it was quiet and safe. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to visit, other than Giannis Antetokounmpo’s childhood court in Sepolia (Being from Milwaukee I had to visit that). We were there for 9 days, loved it and highly recommend it.

Gute, ruhige Innenstadtlage

Alles gut geklappt. Die Wohnung ist etwas beengt, sieht auf den Fotos größer aus. Sehr sauber und praktisch. Gut ausgestattet. Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit, das Gepäck dort bis zur Abreise unterzustellen.

The location was the BEST!! Just a few feet from all of the shops and restaurants. It was very safe. I would highly recommend it.
