There are two 75” HD 4000 TVs creating two separate viewing areas with one in the Great Room and another in the large Bonus Room, both overlooking the spacious covered patio. There is also a 65” HD 4000 TV in the Bunk Room for the kids. Another 65" TV is outside under the covered patio area. You can practice your hoops game either from the pool or in the driveway or play corn hole, throw the football, and/ or kick the soccer ball on the beautifully manicured back lawn. This house is perfect for two or three families as it offers three separate living areas. The attached Casita has it's own entrance thru the front courtyard. There is a king sized bed and full bathroom in the Casita. On one side of the house, you'll find the spacious Master Suite with separate office/workout room. On the other side of the home are four additional bedrooms and a large bonus room. If you enjoy exercising while on vacation, there is a brand new Peloton and fly wheel bike, weights, and yoga mats in the office off of the master. Enjoy yoga on the lawn, or take a hike on the neighborhood hiking trail. If golf is more your style, you are in the right spot! The legendary Boulders Golf Club is only a few miles away. The Legend Trails Golf Club is also just around the corner. We're not far from Troon, Desert Mountain, and many other courses. The property is so beautiful, you may not want to go out. However, if you do decide to explore, there are many things to see and do! Cave Creek and Carefree are both such cool towns and they have lots of restaurants, bars, and shops to check out. If you want more of a "city scene," you can drive 15 minutes south to DC Ranch or head to Kierland Commons/Scottsdale Quarter for great shopping and world class restaurants. At this unique property you get the best of both worlds. From The Saguaro Sanctuary, you can watch both the sunrise and sunset and gaze at the stars away from the lights of the city. This is a wonderful spot for families to escape and reconnect, or for friends to gather. We have a great location for guests to attend the Waste Management Phoenix Open Golf Tournament, the Fiesta Bowl, Super Bowl (2023), or the Barrett Jackson Collectable Car Auction.
