Welcome to Shambala!! This condo really has the convenience and comfort you are looking for. Located on the 5th floor of the highly sought after Observation Point North building, you can sit on your private balcony and watch the many events at Baytowne Wharf without even having to leave the condo. You can also see the marina and bay in the distance and take in the beautiful sunsets. The Wharf has different seasonal activities, concerts and performances for all ages. Baytowne Wharf is located inside the massive and beautiful Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort in Miramar Beach, Florida.

Our 1 King bedroom, plus additional twin bed bonus room, 1 and 1/2 bath vacation condo is spacious and relaxing. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. In addition, the balcony has plenty of seating for soaking up the view. You will have everything you need for a great vacation right at your doorstep.

Headed to the beach? No worries trying to find parking for a golf cart or other vehicle...our condo participates in the Sandestin tram service. You can use your tram card to ride the climate-controlled tram anywhere on the grounds for free. Even the beach! They will drop you off at your destination and bring you back. Tram service runs approximately every 15 minutes in peak season.

There are pools, kiddie pools, shopping, hot tub, tennis courts, workout room, golf, marina, restaurants, kids activities and most importantly beautiful white sand beaches. The resort has too many amenities to list. But Sandestin is one of the most visited resorts in Florida. People love to come here again and again. We hope you will too!

Great place and great hosts

The room is cozy and clean and right in the action of Baytown. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. They fixed our issue of the fan not working the next day which we appreciated. While the property says it sleeps six, I would say more realistically it comfortably sleeps 4. The guest bedroom is tiny and closed by a curtain instead of a door so fitting more than one child in it is impossible. I wouldn’t recommend this room for families with multiple smaller children.

Best spot to stay to be in the action. The condo was lovely & the balcony view was amazing. You could see the fireworks & drone light show in your pjs. Tram passes & snacks were a bonus!Great communication with owners. Looking forward to future stays.

Our home in sandestin

This was our 3rd time staying here with our family, so it feels like a vacation home to us! My girls love the condo and the location. We enjoy people watching from the balcony. It is easy to keep all of the beach stuff in the car and we drive straight to the residents parking lot in front of the beach side. It is a short walk from that parking lot. In the evenings we walk around baytown wharf so the kids can play. We must get ice cream each night LOL. We feel very safe. Richard and Sonya always leave little snacks for us for when we arrive to the condo. Everything is clean and comfortable. We enjoy cooking in the kitchen and they have everything we need there. We will return again. Thank you for all of the lovely stays!

Great for our family!

Super comfortable place - owners even got us an extra twin bed to help with sleeping arrangements. King bed was pretty firm which we weren’t used to but nothing bad. Lots of extras and great night life location too. Lots to do at Baytowne Wharf. We never once ran into any problems finding parking spots.

Family vacation

We had a great time, can't beat that location. Condo was very clean and kids love all the snacks. I would definitely come back again and recommend it to anyone. Trolleys run very often, so it's easy to get to the beach.

Enjoyed our stay

Very convenient location. Lots to do with kids at Baytowne Wharf. Condo is clean and well maintained. Parking can be difficult if a busy time, so don’t plan to leave parking deck to drive somewhere for dinner unless you don’t mind walking back from overflow parking.

Amazing condo - excellent location

We have stayed in various condos at Sandestin Golf and Beach. This one will be at the top of our list. The set up and the decor was amazing. The host couple added so many nice touches throughout. The pictures posted does not do it justice. Balcony view was perfection.

Great Location

We arrived on Saturday. The check in and directions were spot on. To our luck, there was a annual Beer Fest that night. Baytowne Wharf has great nightlife. We would sit outside at night on the balcony and listen to the dueling pianos at Rum Runners. The unit had every thing you could need.

Home away from home.

We love this comfy condo. This was our second summer here. It is so convenient and we love being in Baytown Wharf. We walked to the Solaris Dinner Cruise and enjoyed the fireworks and outdoor movie from the balcony! We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was great. Thanks so much!

Wonderful location!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We have been vacationing to Sandestin for many years, and this was one of our favorite places. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked. Communication with the owners was exceptional and they even left us a nice snack basket to enjoy. Will definitely stay here again!

Our stay was very relaxing with great accommodations, only issue we had was parking, could not park in parking garage due to others giving out parking codes to other rooms, so 3 out of 5 nights we had to park in the over flow parking.

Great location

The property was in a great spot for all the entertainment and fireworks at Baytowne Wharf. The property owners were easy to work with and even provided extras for our stay that most vrbo properties don't. We loved everything about this condo.

Fantastic stay

We will definitely be back! I’ve stayed in San Destin before but this was a much better experience. The host sent very detailed instructions for check-in, which were very helpful! The condo is adorable and exactly like the listing. It’s the perfect beach vacay spot

Great condo in the perfect location

This was the perfect property for our family. We had two teens and two adults. One teen had the children’s room while the other took the sleeper sofa. Everything was very clean and looks like it had recently been remodeled. No complaints whatsoever. We would definitely stay here again. It was close to all the shops and dining and a short drive to the beach. Thank you so much for the excellent accommodations!!!

Great time in SanDestin

Property is excellent in all ways, great view of the town center, great sunsets, extremely clean and well stocked. Owners very easy to deal with and quite responsive to all (there weren’t any to speak of) issues. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended for all visitors.

Loved the location! Being able to listen to live music in our pjs from the balcony was great!

Sleep deprived

Overall we were a little disappointed with our stay. The master bedroom and bathroom doors do not lock, which I thought was standard for an occasional moment of privacy. We were excited to be staying in a condo with such a great view of Baytowne village and choose this condo based off of the view and reviews that the condo was pretty much soundproof when inside. It is not soundproof at all (due to the window in the master bedroom) and the music and passerby noise doesn't stop until well after midnight. The master bedroom also adjoins the community laundry room and people were doing laundry until 2 am some nights. The noise and vibration of the machines comes directly through the master bedroom closet, at one point it was vibrating all the hangers and ironing board in the closet. Other than these issues, the owners were friendly with good communication, and it was a very clean condo.

I love Sandestin! This condo was in a perfect location. Very clean and updated. The small room was perfect for the teenager in our group. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again with my husband and kids or friends again. Also Richard and Sonya responded. Wry quickly when I messaged them!

Great Location

Very nice clean condo. The owners go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The snacks and water was much appreciated. My mother and I had my fathers memorial at Hurlbert AFB and the owners a actually left flowers and a card. The fireworks from the balcony nice. It was great after the memorial not to have to drive anyplace for food all there. The pool and gym on 3rd floor wAs great. Go have a good time you will love the condo. Hope to come one day when not so sad and stressed with the memorial

We are a husband and wife who both grew up in Georgia. We always loved going to Florida for vacation as kids with our parents. Having lost both sets of parents and us both being cancer survivors, now the memories and family time are even more precious. Family is so very important to us. We have one son and daughter in law and are patiently awaiting grandchildren! Our business March Ninth Properties in entirely family owned and operated. We are so blessed and so thankful to God for this opportunity.

We were married in 2002 and went on our honeymoon to the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. We loved it!! Fast forward to 2021 and we were blessed to be able to purchase our condo inside the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort! Plus it was built the month and year we were married. It was meant to be and we are thankful for such a blessing. Our condo home is everything we could have ever wanted but never thought we would be able to have. We hope you love it as much as we do.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love the location of our condo. The private balcony overlooks all of the action! You can watch the fireworks, movies, sunsets, listen to bands, enjoy the breeze or just people watch without ever having to leave the condo if you do not want to. But if you do want to get out and about, everything is right at your doorstep.
