Conveniently located right across the street from Bonnet Springs Park, and only 5 minutes to I-4 and close to downtown Lakeland, enjoy your vacation in our quietly tucked away Studio Unit. This cozy unit has its own private exterior entrance with designated parking. It is decorated to perfection capturing Florida's beautiful beach style. Property is furnished with a comfy Full-size bed, dinner table for 2 and full kitchen equipped with a 30in refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and range. Enjoy fully stocked utensils, dinnerware, pots, and a Keurig coffee maker with some k-cups. This will quickly become your home away from home. This unit has spacious closets stocked with an iron, hangers and towels (2 towels per guest). You will be able to swiftly connect to our smart TV to enjoy your favorite shows or connect for remote work. Property is also equipped with central AC, a ceiling fan and USB plugs and now a washer/dryer unit on property. Don't hesitate and book today!

Even though we do allow pets, there are additional rules and fees. Property is fenced-in and has its own washer/dryer appliance. Property also has audio and video recording devices located in the common area and exterior of the home for added security.
Guest Access:
All locks are electronic to access property. Guest will be given their own personalized access codes to enter the front door. We have (6) parking spaces available, as parking is available for guests of the home as first priority. Guests can drive to and from their respective locations, bus routes are a couple blocks walking distance. Ride share apps are available.
