This NON-SMOKING (3) three level townhouse offers 3 Large bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 3 Balconies PLUS a common deck area with picnic tables for outdoor eating! With only a short walk to the beach (1 block) across Coastal Highway and not far from downtown, this is the place to stay! Also very conveniently located close to the convention center, many shops, restaurants and Jolly Roger Amusement Park.

A Boat Docking is available along the bulkhead. The canal is shallow and suitable for small boats only.

New! Linen Service Provided! All beds will be made prior to your arrival. New Sheets and towels provided for your stay.

Our unit provides Central AC, Full sized Washer/Dryer, Fully equipped kitchen, Outside seating on each balcony, private bathrooms with Queen bedrooms, 3 Cable TVs along with assigned Covered Parking for TWO (2) cars . In addition, there are (4) New Beach Chairs and a NEW PRIVATE Outside Shower on the premises for your convenience.

*Sorry NO SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT rentals.
*No PETS are permitted at any time.
*Must be 25 years of age OR older to rent.

YEAR ROUND RENTALS Available: WEEKENDS, MINI WEEKS and FULL WEEKS [June, July & August FULL WEEKS PREFERRED however we are flexible with mini weeks.]

OCCUPANCY LIMIT = 8 people MAX.
*Group Rates are higher.
Check Out- 10 AM, Check In- 3 PM, email to confirm any other time if needed. We will try to accommodate. (There is a min. of 5 hours between rentals, some times a day or more. )

This property was great! Two bedrooms having their own bathroom made it very convenient for two sets of adults plus the third bedroom was plenty of space and beds for the additional kids. We really enjoyed the stay!

A Fantastic Family Trip!

We take a trip with extended family to OCMD every year and this is our favorite property we have stayed in. There is plenty of space for everyone and the condo was immaculately clean. The host was a great communicator. We would definitely stay here again!

We could not have been happier with our stay! Very clean, great location that is close to the Convention Center, walking distance to shops and restaurants. There was plenty of space for our family of 5! Will definitely stay here again!

The best girls trip ever!

We loved our stay at this property! It is in the best location and so close to the beach. We loved that it was walking distance to the beach (less than 10 mins) and to close restaurants and shopping! This property has been the best property that we have stayed at in over 5 years. We are already talking about re-booking for next year!

Great location!

Very nice condo! The kitchen and bathrooms could use some updating, but other than that the place is great. It takes just a few minutes to walk to the beach and there are several restaurants and bars also within walking distance.

When we first arrived the lick combination given was incorrect but was quickly resolved. The condo was immaculate, the kitchen was clean, the living room and bedrooms were very nice. The fact that there were balconies on each level was very nice. Overall it was a very nice experience and is recomended for everyone.

Family Week at Beach

Location is perfect for the convention center, walk to the beach, and mini-golf (our main reasons for being in town). Excellent communication and follow-up - very attentive to details. Already planning to book again next summer once we get our dates confirmed!

Quick getaway

My family of five (2 adults, 16y, 11y, 2y) stayed for two nights. The place is exactly as stated in the listing. Check-in and out process is a breeze and the location is quiet and close to the beach. Definitely would recommend if you have a family that needs separate bedrooms!

The property was clean, within walking distance to eateries and beach. The property manager Sharon was sooo helpful and responded immediately, even when she herself was out of the office! Great times with family. Well worth it!!!

My Getaway

Had a wonderful stay. Great place for a family to stay for vacation. Within walking distance of the beach, entertainment, food. Liked the three levels. Plenty of space. And Sharon who manages the property always got back to me in a timely manner and was very accommodating. Place was clean too. Would definitely stay here again with my family.

Family vacation

I loved this location because it was close enough to the boardwalk to take a quick bus ride and be near all the action but far enough away from the boardwalk that you don't have to deal with the crowds. The condo was clean and had plenty of space for my group of 7. It was very nice to have the beach chairs available for our beach days.

Couldn't Get Any Better

The house was beautiful and provided plenty of room for our family of 7. The location was perfect with a quick walk to the beach. The beach chairs were quite handy making them one less thing we had to pack. We would gladly stay again. Thanks so much for everything!!

It was beautiful, clean, and incredibly easy to get into and settle in. The extra parking spot was a huge help, especially since we had more than one car with us. The bedrooms were very spacious — we had six people in total and never felt crowded.The location is fantastic — just a short walk to the crosswalk and bus stop, which made getting to the beach and boardwalk super convenient. Despite being so close to everything, the house was quiet, and we didn’t hear any noise from the road. Overall, a really comfortable and well-maintained place. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful!

First time renting “home away from home.” The process was easy; communication with owner and property manager was quick and easy; the property and the amenities, WONDERFUL! I was pleasantly surprised and oh so ready to reserve my stay for next summer! Short City bus ride away from the boardwalk; beach one block away; lots of things to do in the immediate area, for kids and adults! My family and I lived it and know others will too! Sharon, the Property Mgr is awesome! Thanks for everything. Let me know when I can make reservations for summer 2022!

Bait and switch???

The property was great, would stay again. But this was not the property I thought I was booking. It could have been me but I don’t think it was. Double check everything once you think you’ve made a reservation. It worked out ok this time but I got lucky.

Weekend family vaca

Place was clean, good location not right in down town but easy to get to everything, beach 10 min walk boardwalk 10 min drive, food everywhere, things todo close by, plenty of room for 6 adults and 1 3 year old. Would 100% stay again.. even trying to already rebook for next year lol.

Great location for families!

We stayed at this property last weekend. Plus points: Property was clean. Sharon, the property manager was great at getting back to us - we texted some and she was prompt! The rooms are a good size with 3 full bathrooms and a powder room so really great to get everyone bathed esp the little ones! There are enough kitchen essentials like coffee maker, toaster, dishes, cups, silverware etc. The location is great - its just a block away from the beach and about 5-8 minutes drive to the boardwalk Plenty good places to eat Close to a lot of activities for kids like golf places. Outdoor shower to rinse out the kids. Negatives (not really negatives but wish we had known): No TP or hand wash No paper towels or dishwashing liquid. No recycling (maybe its an MD thing?) The stove is an electric coil, nothing wrong we are just not used to it anymore! I think these are just somethings we knew - we have used other similar websites and did not have to think about these things so it was a surprise. Grocery store was not too far so we could get it all. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again! Aditi
