The space
This charming two-story townhouse, built in 1985, offers a warm, comfortable, and relaxing atmosphere—perfect for families, couples, or travelers looking to explore Florida’s beautiful Space Coast.

Inside the home you’ll find two spacious and thoughtfully designed bedrooms.
The first bedroom, located on the first floor, features one queen bed and one full bed, making it an excellent space for couples traveling with children or small groups. Soft sheets, cozy bedding, a ceiling fan, and an additional standing fan ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The second bedroom, located on the second floor, offers a peaceful and private retreat with a queen bed, a 32” TV, and a comfortable work or study desk positioned by the window, allowing you to enjoy beautiful natural light during the day. This room also includes a ceiling fan, a standing fan, and extra blankets for additional comfort.

Just outside this room, you’ll discover a cozy reading corner with a comfortable chair, where you can unwind and enjoy the selection of books available in the home.

The townhouse features two full bathrooms, fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer, so you’ll have everything you need for a convenient and comfortable stay.

The kitchen has been completely remodeled and is fully equipped with all the utensils and essentials needed to prepare delicious meals. Whether you’re cooking breakfast before heading out or enjoying dinner together, the comfortable dining and seating area makes it easy to gather and share special moments.

Throughout the home you’ll notice tasteful coastal and nature-inspired décor, creating bright, airy living spaces that feel welcoming and relaxing after a day of exploring the area.

Step outside to enjoy the cozy backyard patio, a perfect spot for afternoon relaxation. The patio includes a small storage house where you’ll find games and beach essentials available for guest use, helping you make the most of your time outdoors.

The entire home is designed to offer a calm, welcoming atmosphere—ideal for rest, connection, and memorable moments during your stay on Florida’s Space Coast.

Guest access
The house count with 2 parking spaces, one front to the house and the other in the right of the house. Self check-in to the property.

Other things to note
Pets are allowed, where you will find pots for water and food and a small bed in case you do not have one. Not party are permitted. Don’t smoke inside the house are not allowed.

Additional rules
We are dog friendly. There is an additional fee of $100 per stay. Please pick up after your dog and PLEASE use throws to protect our furniture.
