Cozy 2 King-bedroom cabin in the Smoky Mountain Foothills at Douglas Lake Resort, near both Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. We are a quick approximate 25 minutes from all attractions in the area. The cabin is located in a nice, quiet country setting away from all of the hustle and bustle, and allows you to enjoy a nice, relaxing vacation! Sit in a comfy rocking chair on our large front porch - perfect for a quiet morning cup of coffee & your favorite book!
*Guests must be age 21 or over to book*
*This is a no-smoking property

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin! It was clean and had cute decorations. We used the hot tub and went to the pool. We also drove to Gatlinburg to check out all of the attractions and shopping there. It was a beautiful stay!

The cabin was very clean and well taken care of. Everything was neat, organized, and made us feel comfortable as soon as we walked in. It was clear that a lot of care goes into keeping the cabin in great condition, and we really appreciated it.

Absolutely perfect in every way. This PR had everything that you would need close enough to civilization to go out to a wonderful dinner and far enough a way to feel like you’re far removed from everything. Would again in a heartbeat. So clean and wonderfully equipped.

The cabin is about 15-20 minutes outside of Sevierville. Just plan for that if you are planning to go to Gatlinburg. Cades Cove is about 1 hour 40 minutes away.

Quiet Getaway

The cabin was nice and was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. It had everything we needed and all the comforts of home. You are close to everything but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of being away from it all.

The cabin was so cozy and clean, beds are so comfy, a/c for when uou come back yo get out of the heat, the porch swing was great to enjoy morning coffee. Great location 30 mins from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Morgan was super responsive and friendly booking process was incredibly easy. Highly recomend great place to make memories with your family!!

I can’t express how amazing this stay was. The host was awesome and this cabin was more than expected. The pictures and listing doesn’t do it justice it’s a must. The peace and quiet along with the sounds of nature in morning and at night was beautiful. I have to say this was my favorite gatlingburg stay yet. I have rented so many different cabins and this by far is my favorite. Perfect location and hands down great cleaner it was spotless. The only suggestion I have is to update the cookware there is plenty but they are about ready for retirement lol. It still got the job done and the whole family was satisfied. It was so peaceful and amazing we didn’t even care to leave and go explore just sitting in swing and hot tub was amazing. The water is low in May tho so fishing was something we didn’t get to do but that’s okay. Thanks Morgan for a perfect vacation.

Morgan was such a help in securing our rental, answering our questions as we prepared and responding immediately when we had a couple of questions. It was clear, relaxing, and user-friendly. We cooked 3 or 4 meals while we were there, and the kitchen was stocked adequately. I highly recommend staying and enjoying this time away for rest and renewal.

Understand, we’re all senior citizens. We could’ve had better pillows, Larger towels. The hot tub jets do not work. The living room stay warm. We bought the fan to help. Keep us cool.But with that said it’s a very nice place and we enjoyed our stay and would return again. Thanks for the hospitality and a great week.

Great Location

The cabin was the perfect size for our group of 4. The driveway was a little difficult to navigate with boats. Had to put the trucks in 4 wheel drive to back them up the driveway. Really nice area and the lake was beautiful. Only a short drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We had a great time

Cozy cabin with the feeling of being at home.

We loved our stay at this cabin. Morgan was easy to contact and was quick to respond. Checking in and out was a breeze. Upon arrival the cabin jus felt like home , comforting cozy and clean. Short distance from main attractions. We look forward to staying here again.

This property is located within a pleasant drive to all attractions in Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge, without having to deal with the traffic of staying right in those areas.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This particular cabin is at the entrance of the resort, so during Winter months, you won't have to worry as much about getting snowed in. It is also more private and further away from neighboring cabins, which is a plus. Also setting it apart is that it has a driveway big enough to fit a boat, as well as multiple cars. Otherwise, guests with a boat would have to park it in the boat parking area within the resort.
