Spring vacation

My husband and I enjoyed every moment of our Jensen Beach vacation! The home was perfect, beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. Everything you could possibly need for a Beach Vacation was provided. We will be back!

This is our second year... We just love this little cottage. This community is nice and clean.. The pool is a big plus... Hopefully will be able to come for many years.

Great host, great location, everything you need

I stayed for a week to recharge my batteries at the beach while also needing good wifi to be able to work remotely. I really appreciated how responsive the owner, Jerry, was prior to and during my stay. It was late and dark when I arrived, and Dave the property manager had turned on the AC and lights to make it very welcoming and comfortable. When I discovered the next day that the shed key didn't work, Jerry and Dave provided the correct key in less than an hour. All the toys in the shed - bike, beach chairs, beach wagon - are in great working order and they made my stay so fun! The high quality beach towels were thick, luxurious. As Jerry promised, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed, and as someone who cooks a lot I really appreciated that the chef's knife was actually sharp! The grill also worked perfectly. All the comments about how immaculate and clean this unit is are true. You can pack very light because everything you need has been provided for you. Location is fantastic, safe and convenient to restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. Minutes from the beach, and beautiful sunrise and sunset views. Despite the homes being close together, this is a very quiet community and was just what I needed to bounce back from a little burn out. Thank you Jerry and Dave for providing such a wonderful getaway and providing for every need!

Quiet clean and comfortable

Very clean and quiet property manager was very nice and helpful and the owner and I communicate through emails occasionally he also reached out when the state of emergency was declared in Florida to make sure I was safe

My wife and I love the beach and the outdoors. Venture III is the perfect get away for all we love to do. Bicycling, golf, scuba, swimming, pickle ball and The Beach!

Venture 3 is a great community with lots of activities. It is gated and private with a tunnel to the beach, access to the inland water way, Tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, bocce ball, large heated pool, billiard room, exercise room, library with easy access to restaurants, shopping golf and hiking. All of this in a quiet peaceful setting.
