Come by Land or Sea and enjoy the beautiful water front view at our newly renovated Sailfish Suites, located in the heart of the Manatee Pocket! This second floor suite, is fully furnished 1/1 that is designed for vacationers ease and comfort. The bedroom is furnished with a King bed, 42' TV flat screen and plenty of closet space for his and her. The living room, dinning room and kitchen have an open concept layout and perfect for everything from a weekend getaway to an extended stay guest!

Parking boat at the dock is an additional $3/ft/day (May vary on Holidays and/or seasons)
Onsite trailer parking is $1/ft/day

We have a $85pet fee, per pet. Guest who do not notify host of pet will be charged $175/per pet.

No smoking within 25ft of the property. We have a very nice designated smoking area on the south side of the property with a picnic table over looking the water.

Guest Access:
This is a completely private suite with a private entrance. There is a dedicated seating area right outside the front door that overlooks the water. Guests have full access to bikes, kayaks, dog park, pool, and picnic tables and lounge chairs, that are also directly on the waterfront.

Interaction with Guests:
We have staff on site daily for cleaning, repairs, maintenance, or just to answer questions.
