You'll get to experience marvelous views and enjoy relaxing al fresco lunches at any of your two balconies. Yes, that's right. This condo boasts two oceanfront balconies, each one with an outdoor dining area. Unwind in the well-equipped living area and watch your favorite shows on the flatscreen TV with cable as you snuggle up on any of the sofas available. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern, stainless steel appliances that include a French door fridge, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker. The long L-shaped countertop will be a delight to work on. It also boasts enough space to seat up to four people, perfect for quick breakfasts.

However, a fancy mealtime can be arranged easily at the eight-people dining table by the kitchen. Need more space? There's a four-people table adjoining the main dining table, perfect for family meals. This condo has four bedrooms scattered around, providing a nice sense of privacy. Three out of four bedrooms have ensuite full bathrooms (except for the bunk room) and only two of them offer direct access to the balconies. Additionally, guests will have access to a private washer/dryer on site and shared amenities that include an outdoor heated pool and charcoal grills.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
