Entire Lake Villa Home!

Welcome to our fully remodeled and beautifully furnished four bedroom home! Conveniently located within a short drive of shopping, restaurants, and fun activities, you'll find everything you need within a 10-15 minute ride. Our home is just a 15 minute drive from Fox Lake in one direction and Six Flags in the other, so you'll have plenty of opportunities for adventure and excitement during your stay.

Inside our home, you'll find stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, and a cozy fireplace to enjoy. The first floor features a living and dining room, while the kitchen and TV room are located just beyond. Step outside onto the large deck in the backyard to relax and unwind. Upstairs, you'll find four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, providing plenty of space for friends and family.

As our guests, you'll have exclusive access to the entire house. Plus, with included access to Netflix and Disney Plus, you'll have plenty of entertainment options at your fingertips. Please note that we do not allow grilling on the deck (only on the tiles to the left of the house), smoking, or pets. We also request that shoes are not worn inside the home to protect our floors.

Finally, we kindly ask that you be considerate of our cleaning ladies by not leaving excessive messes for them to clean up. Most importantly, we hope you have a wonderful time in our home and don't hesitate to contact us if you need anything at all. Thank you for choosing to stay with us!

The space
When you enter this spacious home you will find that on your right there will be a living room and dining room equipped with a fireplace and comfy couches. When you take a few steps forward past through the hallway you will be greeted with a furnished kitchen and tv room. Right past the kitchen will be the back yard with a huge deck for you to relax and tan on. Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Guest access
Guests can enter through the front door using the pin code provided. Guests can park in the driveway and in the street. Guests can also enter and exit through the backdoor on the deck.

Other things to note:
No smoking
No pets
No Grilling on the deck! (Only on the tiles to the left of the house)
Preferred if shoes are not worn in the home

Please be mindful of our cleaning ladies. They work hard as it is. Please be considerate and do not leave grand amounts of messes for them.

Nice owners great location for is

We stayed over the weekend to attend family events. The location is very near where we needed it to be. If you are here to go to Six Flags or Great Lakes Naval Base. You should be good as it’s about 20 minutes out. Quiet neighborhood

Very disappointing

The listing said the home was recently renovated - which evidently must have been new granite counters. The rest of the house had not been touched for years. As evidenced by well worn, scratched wall paint. The stove and dishwasher had at least an inch between their sides and the cabinets. There was ONE dishwasher pod,and ONE roll of paper towels for our one week stay. NO bath soap. The listing included a washer, dryer and game room. When asked about it the owner said those hadn't been available for months. Most inconvenient was the lack of a garage door opener. One of us had to unlock the front door, go into the garage, and open the garage door from the inside. Then get into the car, leave the garage and go back inside to close the garage and come back outside and leave. The house was poorly cleaned. Would definitely not recommend.

Stayed here for our daughter’s graduation from Navy basic training. About a 20 minute drive to Great Lakes. No problems with traffic. Very nice place with lots of room and in a very nice neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

Owner great at communicating,

Positives were Great backyard, and lots of space for people. The owner was great at responding. There was issues with things being cleaned properly but that was because of new cleaners. Owner was informed and making necessary adjustments. Located close to everything that you would need for your stay. Inside is dated but functional

Nightmare

After repeatedly asking for the password to get into the home, we finally received the password about 4 hours before arriving. They then told us we had to wait to get in 2 hours before we could get in around 6pm. When we arrived we encountered flies , centipedes and a mouse in the house. We immediately left. We requested our money back. The homeowner refused to give all of our money back. I had to call vrbo to get all of our money back. We will never stay there again.. Thank you vrbo.

The deck was great, house has alot of room. There is no television in any room but family room. It was cool to just enjoy time with family. Overall, great place.

This house has plenty of space including a huge outdoor deck. It’s not fancy and could use a few updates, but it had everything we needed. The water pressure is great and you get hot water quickly. There’s also a nature preserve and park with a great walking path just a block away. The basement has two foosball tables. There was also a ping pong table on its side against the wall. If you want to be able to use that, I’m sure you could ask the manager to have it set up when you arrive. The communication was very good.

Good family trip

Owner was very helpful. Quick response on a question and actually called us to make sure all was ok when we got there. Nice size home for a family. We visited my son who is in A school at the Navy base. Not a bad drive to and from. Close to the big mall and lots to do close by.

Great stay in a pleasant area

To start off the communication between the owner and myself was awesome. He was pleasant and eager to make sure our stay, and the property were top notch. The house was very close to shopping, gas stations, and restaurants. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for our group of 6. The downstairs Foosball and ping pong table kept the kids entertained while we were at the house, and the large back deck and fire pit area were perfect for relaxing and having a drink in the evening.

Clean and Comfortable Weekend Getaway

My friends and I stayed at this property for an extended boardgame weekend. We found the house to be clean and well maintained. The owner was quick to respond to our inquiries. There were plenty of nice grocery stores and restaurants in the area. We were quite comfortable staying here and would recommend it to anyone.

Renting this big house will cost you much less than a tiny hotel room. Can fit 9 people and has a sweet deck in the back. It is a three story house and it is ready to accommodate your family and friends!
