Welcome to Casa Cascada! This beautiful 6 bedroom, 6 bath, 4,200 sq. ft. home with 14 beds sleeps 21 comfortably, and leaves nothing to be desired. Enjoy the heated pool with cascading waterfalls, the pool house's ping-pong table, or cornhole on the back patio. The spacious home is nestled in the foothills of Albuquerque, just minutes from downtown with easy access to I-40.

Casa Cascada is the perfect stay for those looking to enjoy a tastefully designed, New Mexican style home with friends and family. The adobe home has red brick floors, high wood beam ceilings, and Mexican style countertops throughout. Unique New Mexican details are found throughout each room of the house.

Great for what we needed.

Overall great stay. Wouldn't advertise pool house futon as an actual bed though. Great house met our needs exactly and we enjoyed the space. Would recommend to friends and family with large group.

Family get together

The patio and pool were very nice. The seating indoor needs to be updated and increased. The patio bedroom needs blinds or curtains in our opinion. The pool man did a very good job. We were impressed.

Wonderful Property for a Large Group

We were 5 families - 10 adults and 8 kids. Each family got a room and restroom to use, so everyone was happy. Plenty of room in the kitchen and living room area, for everyone to spread out during meals etc. Game room had a Table Tennis table, which got plenty of use. There was a TV there too, so again younger/ older kids got different places to sit and watch TV at the end of the day. Location wise also, it is close to the freeway, so easy to get in and out. We were too busy exploring ABQ/ Sante Fe , so we could not walk around the neighbourhood, but from what we could see, it is a nice quite area. Highly recommended house . Communication with the house owner was also good. We requested for puzzle to play during the stay and they sent it over the next day. Cheers

I tend not to leave bad reviews but the health and safety concerns at this property and the lack of owners concerns made me write this. One room had a cracked toilet seat that hurt a child in our family. The headboard for one of the bedrooms was broken and fell in the middle of the night. The bunk room with twins had a loose screw that fell and made the ladder unusable to use it to climb up and down and it was very sweaky overall! The pool had exposed wiring which we think was causing mild currents that multiple people in our party felt. Even after contacting the host, they chose to not respond on something as urgent as an electric current for a good 24 hours. We asked for the pool to be heated on day 1 of our stay, that didn’t happen till day 3 . The host only started responding when I involved VRBO. In addition, there was a bunch of stuff under the sofa and the place was not very clean. Several outlets and lights also did not work. I would not stay here again at the property or with this management. This caused our group a lot of inconvenience for the amount of money we paid for the place.

Could Use Some Love

Overall it’s a large, beautiful place, it but it could use some love in the form of a good deep clean. Wasn’t filthy but could tell it’s been surfaced cleaned and needs a top to bottom clean. Shower curtain liners replaced and cleaned, etc. Lots of stuff let all over the patio and around the fire pit. It just seems the house needs a reset.The pool house should not be listed as a room. The futon in there IS NOT a reasonable sleeping accommodation. It is ripped and dirty. We were accommodated a late check out and they nice and helpful. If they fixed a few things it could be perfect.

Lovely Pool But Not Five Stars

Pros: -Beautiful large patio -Beautiful large pool -Convenient location-close to airport -Spacious home-room for everyone -Kitchen was nicely stocked -Good communication Cons (why I didn’t give 5 stars): -Courtyard room was difficult to find-house is like a labyrinth -Found dead roaches in various rooms throughout the stay -Back sliding door to pool is extremely hard to open and close -Flagstone around pool is loose and slippery -Water heater broke during our stay-owner did get it repaired as quickly as possible -Bathroom toilet leaked -Missing towel bar in one bathroom -Screws in back of bathroom door to hang towels -Difficulty locking and unlocking bathroom doors -Some wall outlets didn’t work -Couch doesn’t pull out into a bed as pictured -Futon in pool house in too poor condition to be used -No extra sheets or blankets

Thanksmas 2022

This property was a perfect venue for our large family that consisted of an age range of 2 to 74! We were a little disappointed that the pool was not available, the listing said it was open till December. Also, there weren’t any kitchen towels which was a bit of a challenge as far as doing dishes. But, those were small problems compared to how wonderful the house was. Overall, a perfect place to gather for a large family with many different areas to play games, talk and visit, watch television, and space to get away if you just needed some quiet time! We hope to gather here again. Thank you to the host.

Perfect Balloon Fiesta Getaway!

This property was the perfect choice for celebrating my 50th birthday with a few friends at the 50th Balloon Fiesta! It was conveniently located and had enough room to give all guests some privacy. Highly recommended!

Great weekend away!

Booked w 2 other couples for my husband's bday, had never been to NM. The house is a bit far out on the East side of town, but you'd need a rental car anyway, so no big deal. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. TONS of room in the house/property. For us 3 kings would have been better than all the bunks & double beds, but I knew what I was booking, so still 5 stars. Think this place would be amazing for a few families! Loved the outdoor space, pool, amenities. Kitchen was a bit sparse, if you plan to cook you'll want to assess before the store, we left salt/pepper and a few other spices. Host was super nice & super responsive. All in all very pleased with our stay! Oh, and be sure to head to Santa Fe for lunch if you have time.

Relaxing get away.

The kids really enjoyed the pool. Plenty of room to spread out, cook and play. Home office and high speed internet made remote working easy. Nice hiking trails within walking distance. Owner was responsive. Looking forward to coming again.
