Relax and spread out in our luxurious and spacious 750 square foot 1 bedroom 1 bath condominium in the famous Honua Kai Resort. The resort is situated on one the most famous and beautiful beaches of Maui, Ka'anapali Beach. Enjoy a beautiful view of the West Maui Mountains and the impeccably groomed landscaping of the resort from our incredibly spacious lanai, spanning approximately 200 square feet. We had a perfect 10/10 stay. The condo was immaculate and thoughtfully equipped with beach chairs, boogie boards, and a backpack cooler, plus an air mattress so our little guy didn’t have to share the couch bed with his sister. While there isn’t an ocean view, the mountain views are stunning, and sipping morning coffee on the Lanai was a dream. Dukes on site was incredibly convenient, and some of the best snorkeling is right in front of the hotel. The pools are gorgeous, and the location is unbeatable—close to Whalers Village for easy souvenir shopping and dining. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making everything seamless. Overall, this blend of condo comfort and hotel perks made for a fantastic stay, and we’d happily return.

Very spacious and beautiful accommodation. Check in was easy, room was neat and clean, and the property was amazing. The property management was top notch. They kept us informed and provided assistance when requested in a timely manner. We have stayed at this property multiple times and this was one of our best stays.

The property was lovely as was the room. It has a huge bathroom which I love and the room was very spacious. My husband and I brought our 20 month old and she had the best time in the pool and the beach access was so easy. The entire experience was fabulous and the communication was so fast and easy. We ended up staying an additional 2 days. I definitely recommend staying here. We can’t wait to stay here again next year!

The resort was beautiful. Loved the pools, beach, and Dukes being right there. Had an issue with the sheets upon arrival but it was fixed quickly- host was responsive the entire stay. This unit would be good for two or a family of four with little kids. We liked the big lanai. Big doors open onto it. Had no problem with it being over the entrance. Some things to note- no cereal or salad bowls, very few dishes, very few glasses. No pizza pan or pizza cutter. The frying pans were terrible. No amount of cooking spray kept food from severely sticking. The beach chairs in the closet were really nice. Spacious bathroom. Pullout bed was decent. We enjoyed our stay, but with a 10 and 16 year old I think we'd opt for more space next time.

We just got home after an 8 day stay and just can’t say enough about our experience. There wasn’t anything that we needed that the property didn’t provide. The staff were very responsive to any requests and the condo felt like home. Normally we would stay in a hotel, but going forward we will always choose a condo because of this experience.

Our first time as Ohana to Maui we from Oahu was a super nice resort pools r great for kids! Room is super roomy and comfy just had to vacuum and mop the floors cuz we go barefoot inside and our feet got dirty but cleaning stuff is provided mahalo we will b back for sure!

a week in paradise

We spent a week at Honua Kai, and it was the ideal location -- parking was easy and convenient, the condo was super spacious, with a huge bathroom and a gigantic lanai. We loved everything about the property -- the pools were gorgeous and having Duke's right there was a treat. We drove to a different beach everyday -- great snorkeling at Airport Beach and Black Rock. We would love to come back and stay here again!

Great location and perfect stay

This condo was great for our family stay in Maui! The property is amazing for swimming, beach time, and morning walks. There is also a restaurant on the property. When we return, we will definitely stay here again!

Well appointed and very comfortable Villa

It is a very comfortable Villa. All the furnishings are up to date and the rooms are very spacious. The kitchen area is well organized and well appointed. It worked very well for a business trip stay.

Great stay in a spacious condo

My family visited Honua Kai over Christmas and spread out over a few different condos. This was by far our favorite, with the huge lanai and overall spacious feel. It's clean, well-equipped, and has easy access to the pools and beach.

Great spot

Great spot and location for the price. Clean and well set up. The balcony does look over the entranceway to the hotel but you don’t hear any of the noise from there at all with the doors shut and barely hear anything when the doors are open. I’d definitely recommend.

Fantastic family get away!

Condo was perfect for our family; big family room with kitchen, huge lanai, giant bathroom, and separate bedroom for me and my wife. The pools and easy access to the beach were highlights for us. We’ll be back soon!

Great location, great property

Had a great time! Appreciated having the lawn chairs, umbrella and ice chest available to use. The ice machine in the basement of the hotel (accessible to guests) saved a lot of money in ice. The store in the lobby came in very handy several times. The room was comfortable and clean. Tiffany was very responsive to the few questions I had. Would stay again.
