Great stay

The condo is small but it was clean and we had a great time. Short drive to Siesta Key public beach and close to shopping. Doris was a great host and answered any questions we had.

Melissa 100% 5 star the best guest ever , polite and leave us a clean unit after check out , also very friendly , respect all the house rule ,I am happy that I would have chance to serve Jessica. Great location for my interests. My life long indoor cat loved the lanai.The host was kind and helpful in local suggestions .The accommodations was clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to return .

Beach stay

The apartment was very clen and comfortable. Alittle confusion about early checkin but was able to communicate with owner to work it out. Would stay again.

Comfortable/Clean Accommodation / Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at this location. It was exactly as advertised, location was very close to shopping and a short drive to Siesta Key. Enjoyed the convenient access to the pool and the assigned parking spot. The unit was very clean and the kitchen fully stocked with everything that you will need. We would book this unit again!

Over night

Property was very hard to find . However owner was very helpful and replied to us very quickly. Property was very clean and comfortable for our short stay.

I am very sorry that you had a hard time finding the apartment. It is 30 steps from the parking lot, and only 15 steps from the pool, which is in the central location of the condo complex.

Everything was so conveniently close. Publix across the street, lots of great restaurants close and the beach was only 6 miles snd it is beautiful. We enjoyed it so much I am sure we will be back again. Thanks for sharing your place with us. David and Karen

Anytime we had an issue, they were there to answer all questions and easy to contact. The place was very clean and nice inside and complimentary water and snacks were there which was nice. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we had plenty of space for the two of us. I will say the complex itself is dated and you aren't going to want to be having your window shades open. It's about 20 minutes from most things including the beach but immediately around it is a grocery store and a couple places to eat. We had issues with the door lock but the owner was always willing to help us remotely. Overall a good experience and a pleasant stay .

Weekend getaway

Very nice accommodations. Very clean. Nice layout. Had everything that was mentioned in listing. Was close to everything we wanted to do. Shopping, Beaches, restaurants and sunset. Google had some difficulty finding the place. Owner was quick to respond. Maybe add the name of Development, Sierra Park, to listing. Not a big fan of the development but enjoyed our stay

Great solo get away

Cute little condo in a quiet complex and close to everything, beach, great restaurants, Publix. Very comfortable bed, and had everything i needed for a weekend getaway. The kitchen is small but i wasn't planning on cooking with all the great restaurants within a short distance or you can be at the best beach bars within 14 minutes. Overall, it was great!! If i had to say anything negative, it would be that you can't have any drinks at the pool, just a complex rule, nothing to do with the owner. I would stay here again.

Great place

The condo was perfect for us ( 2 people), clean and well stocked . Close to pool which was in great condition . The complex where this condo was needed some attention and was somewhat dated but it was quiet and convenient to restaurants and beach. I left my Apple Watch charger behind, and the owner took the time to send me a charger that was left behind . Even though it wasn’t the right charger I appreciate her efforts , We would stay there again . We also appreciate the snacks and water that were left for us .

Very bad smell in unit!!!

Apartment very small. Location not bad. Very bad smell in the apartment. Very dark in the apartment. Bed is good.

It is also included in the apartment description that it is 550 Sqf. When you were here, you didn't write that there was a bad smell in the apartment, we use electric air fresheners, maybe you didn't like their smell? All windows have shades and blackout curtains so that the sun does not heat up the apartment. This is needed most of the year in Florida.

Exactly what we needed

We were visiting for a quick trip to spring training. The apartment was perfect, if a bit small…but we knew that would be the case for a family of four. We were not home much, but found everything we needed when we were. We appreciated the small things that were already thought of for us - beach gear, laundry detergent, shampoo and body wash, hand soap, cold water and snacks when we arrived. The kids loved the pool and the location was great - close to the beach, restaurants, groceries, etc. The host also let us know that the condo was ready early, which we really appreciated after an early morning of travel. We’ll stay here again if we’re back in the area!

Winter get-away!

We had driven 8+ hours the day we arrived & settled right in to this clean,inviting home away from home! Doris had snacks to fill us until our grocery run,coffee,detergent pods & softener sheets. All these made our stay quite convenient. When we had a slow draining bathroom sink,I called & Joseph answered his phone,gave me a time he'd arrive (the same day) & was prompt & took care of the problem! Wish we had that kind of service at home! The check in & out was easy,too! One of the highlights of our stay was the heated pool-I spent time there often & met so many friendly guests! Thank you for a wonderful visit to Sarasota.

I spent 3 months with trying to get a correct price for this unit. The price kept changing & complic

Was listed as “near beach” It was not. I did not feel safe in unit. We had to go under a stairwell to get to door & it was in a narrow long alley.

I'm so sorry you feel that way. The name of the apartment also says that it is 6 minutes from the Beach. I'm sorry you didn't feel safe, but you didn't say why. I have many units in this condo complex, never had any security issues with anyone. The apartment door is under the stairs of the upper apartment, it is not dark and there is a separate light at night. The pool is only 15 steps away, the apartment is in the central part of the residential complex.

Couple of things that need work

The TV in the living room did not work. I said live TV many times, I guess it doesn’t like my voice. Also, the toilet in the bathroom tends to run had to lift the handle most of the time. Otherwise, the stay was great and it was very clean.

Nice Place

This is a nice little place for its location. We just stayed two days and everything was good for us. The property manager had great communication and everything once inside the condo was as expected. The outside was ok, nothing special though. Basically residential condos. If I was doing a short trip again with no expectation of going to the beach I would stay here again.

I studied hospitality and I love (almost) every part of it! I work with wonderful people, cleaners who love cleanliness, handymen who come as soon as I call them if something needs to be fixed.
