Great apartment in a nice neighborhood. Huge windows and French Door to yard.
500 sqft. open concept, modern, clean, with gas fire place, walk-in closet, Dishwasher and Private yard space.
Plenty of free, unrestricted street parking.

Very bright and private one bedroom apartment with modern design and full amenities. Sheets, towels and soap/ shampoo are provided.
Netflix TV and high speed wifi.
The booking includes two beach passes and beach chairs.

In addition to everything in the apartment guests will have access to a private backyard, outdoor grill and an outdoor seating area.

This is the ground floor of a two-family home with another apartment above.

I cannot say enough great things about our host, she is amazing. The apartment was perfect and spotless. The outdoor space was perfect for morning coffee and plenty of room for our two small dogs.Cannot wait to go back.Mary and Judy

Great Location!

We went to the Sea Hear Now festival and needed a place within biking distance. Christina's place fit the bill. The beds were comfortable, the decor was lovely, and the shower pressure was wonderful. Plus the outdoor space was so cute. Christina was very welcoming and communicative. Thank you so much!

Very nice place

My wife and I enjoyed a four-night stay, and you enjoyed it a lot. Christina was very friendly and flexible, and gave us several recommendations on things to do in the area. Although the unit lacks a freezer, Christina was able to make use of a freezer in an adjacent room (but not part of the unit). We would not hesitate to stay there again, and might even consider renting another of her units as well.

Good value, as advertised

Christina was a wonderful and proactive host, very responsive and attentive. The upstairs guests’ walking across their floor was not particularly bothersome but could be an issue for those more sensitive to noise. A white noise machine was provided to help deal with the noise. Overall, a great value for what we paid.

SHN weekend

This cozy little apartment was perfect for our music fest weekend. My husband and I stayed three nights and we had friends stay over on Sunday with us after the festival. Christina's place had everything we needed. Great location. Short drive to the beach and on festival day, we scootered over to the festival entrance! So fun! We would definitely stay again.

Awesome place to stay!!!

Christina was awesome, very nice and caring person. Also I am so glad how she kept and eye on our Chloe while my fiancé and I got to enjoy the beach. Apartment was very cozy and cute. Christina had all the amenities that you needed. We definitely recommend you wanting to stay at her rental. We will be back next year. Thank you Christina so much!!!!

Wonderful stay in Asbury Park

We had a wonderful stay with Christina. The house was wonderful and well appointed with all the items we needed for the week. Christina was very helpful with suggestions on what to do and how to get around town as well as providing beach passes to us. We would happily stay again next time we want to go down the shore!

Well appointed, friendly and nice owner!

Once I wrapped my head around the concrete floor and street parking and got the feel for the area, it was a good trip. Christina is very concerned with her guests' comfort and everything was clean and comfortable. Perfect for pet owners too. The beach is a crowded one, and is a 2 to 5 minute drive with necessary paid parking ( the parking police are like vultures everywhere so get the parking pass!) is my only negative, and has nothing to do with the property.

Great spot in Asbury Park

The apartment was roomy for two and has a great style to it. The check-in process was easy with great communication from Christina. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Location is great

The host was very friendly and introduced herself in person. The place was nicely decorated with unique art. The patio outside was also a nice option. The location sold it for me for being so close to everything in Asbury.

Great spot!

This place was perfect . Great location, plenty of space with all the convenience of home. Our dogs really loved the fenced in yard. Christina was so nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this rental. It's close to the beach, downtown AP, highways , shopping etc. You can't go wrong.

what a wonderful experience. the apartment was so clean and beautiful and the host was so kind, I have not one complaint about our stay and my dog loved the small yard she had access to play in during our stay

Dirty not clean , bugs and no air conditioning

Sadly I’ve never had any horrible experiences until this one . For the amount that was spent Im appalled and disgusted with how this place was. It is not as described. It is a basement that was painted . Bugs everywhere , centipedes , beatles, crickets. mold in the shower . filthy , old crusty everything. I stayed here with my best friend for a Girls night out getaway. sadly our stay was not as we pictured. When we had asked about ac we were told it was taken out . the ac was in the closet. Very uncomfortable stay i didn’t even want to shower it was so dirty I didn’t once take my shoes off even to sleep .

Very cute apartment

Check in was super easy, the apt had everything and it was a short drive to the beach (or you could walk/bike). Beds were comfortable and the kitchen/living room and outdoor terrace set up was fun place to hang out. My best friend and I stayed for a music festival and it was the perfect accommodation. Would def return!

Great space in a great location!

We had a great visit to Asbury Park with our 2 kids and 2 dogs. The apartment was clean and in a great location- super short trip to the beach/boardwalk, easily accessible by major roadways, close to major stores if needed. Having the private yard was amazing for our family and our dogs. The owner had great communication and was incredibly generous with the use of extra bedding, towels, beach chairs, bicycles, and more. She was also awesome about reaching out to find out about our family so that she could make great suggestions for activities that we might enjoy. We would definitely stay here, again!!! Thanks for a great getaway!!

Amazing getaway

Apartment was perfect! Host always answered questions in a timely manner. Great space for our little dog to enjoy the fenced in back yard. Location was great and close to beach and shops. Outside sitting area was very relaxing. Cannot wait to book it again for next year. Very pleased with everything!!! Highly recommend

I stayed with my daughters and their friend. We had a great stay and the apartment was comfortable and has a lovely yard and outdoor seating area. Communication was excellent and accommodating. Parking was easy. I frequent Asbury and would definitely stay here again Thanks!
