Amazing ski in / ski out Trapper's Landing Townhouse in Sun Peaks

Amazing ski in / ski out location at Trapper's Landing. This unit has undergone some enhancements in 2021 - a brand new Jacuzzi hot tub, two twin bunks and two brand new sofas on both levels as well as fresh new linens and paint!

A true ski in ski out 3 level townhome in desirable Trapper’s Landing. This home features 2 upper master bedrooms with full en-suites and a ground level bunk room / tv room that sleeps 4-5 with a full bath. Please note that the lower level bunk/tv room is accessible by a stairwell with no door. You must go through this room to access the hot tub. It is the perfect space for kids! This unit has 3.5 baths, full size washer/dryer, 3 TVs, complimentary Wifi, gas fireplace, and private heated garage conveniently located off the main floor level. This townhouse is setup to sleep a maximum of 8 people with 1500 sq feet of living space.

This unit is a short 7-10 minute walk along the Valley Trail to the village centre.

Enjoy the beautiful south facing views of Mount Morrissey from your 2 patios and a private hot tub to complete the day!

This townhome is perfectly suited for families and will fit two families comfortably, with adults in upper master bedrooms and kids in the bunk room on the lower level! As this is a family rental parties are not allowed and the primary renter must be at least 25. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.

Master bedroom 1 - queen bed, with private balcony, ensuite bathroom with in-floor heat, located on third level.

Master bedroom 2 - queen bed, ensuite bathroom with in-floor heat, cable tv, located on third level.

Lower level room - 2 twin bunk beds and new sofa bed, smart/cable tv, access to hot tub, and full bathroom with in-floor heat.

Main floor - living room with large sectional sofa, club chair, cable tv, gas fireplace, large patio with bbq and outdoor dining for 8. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 8 at the table, and 4 at the counter. A powder room off the entrance and with in-floor heat throughout. Keyless entry for front door and garage entrance also located on this level.

Great place to stay

Couldn’t be happier with this place for two families (4 adults, 4 kids). The place is exactly as described and thoughtfully furnished/stocked with great access to the lifts. Good communication with the owners as well. We’ll be back!

Incredibly well-stocked house for ski trip

The house was about a 8 minute walk to the village. 2 minute walk to the slope. We were able to ski back all the way to the garage door! We were really impressed with the amenities and well-prepped kitchen with all kinds of tools and amenities for cooking in the house. Garage and huge boot dryer was a big plus. Hot tub was amazing. Host was very communicative and kind.

This property was well stocked with essentials and a cozy place to relax after big days on the mountain. Great ski in access and a short walk to the Orient chair lift to start your day. Kids and adults all enjoyed the private hot tub.

Great family accommodation

Comfortable, clean, well-appointed townhouse in convenient location with versatile lower level bunk room; ideal for our 3-generation family holiday. Loved the reliable wi-fi, easy ski in/ski out access, large efficient washing machine and drier, and well-equipped kitchen - everything we needed. The low hanging light over the dining table and protruding light fittings on the wall of the downstairs stair well were a minor hazard for our tall males - no complaints but just a friendly comment. We enjoyed our 2 week stay and would come again.

Comfortable and well fitted out home

Our family of five staying in Trappers Landing for a week in January. The house was fantastic. Plenty of room for everyone and well fitted out with everything you need. Obviously a family home so had lots of extras which were much appreciated. Good location for the village and skifield. Would definetly stay again. Thank you!

Amazing Ski In / Ski Out

We just spent an amazing 5 nights at this beautiful townhome in Sun Peaks. Perfectly situated for ski in/ski out and located along the Valley Trail for an easy walk to the village. Tastefully decorated with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and hassle free. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. The hot tub is perfect after a day on the slopes. We were two families (including 3 teenagers) and found the 3 levels were a great layout for guests to be together or have a bit of separation. We would not hesitate to return again to this lovely townhome and would highly recommend to others. Tanya was very responsive and happy to help with the couple questions we did have. Thank you, Tanya, for opening your beautiful home to us!!

Amazing property

We have just returned from a wonderful week in Sun Peaks. Tanya’s property was perfect for our family. Comfortable beds, all the kitchen essentials and extras like hot chocolate and teas, lots of towels and a cozy fireplace. The hot tub was great after a day of skiing and heated floors were such a luxury for drying our gear. Tanya was great to work with and she answered all my questions before and after we arrived . Thank you for sharing your great space with us I have already told my skiing friends that this is the place to stay.
