Great location for skiers

Great layout, so comfortable, lovely kitchen, dining table and seating area. Parking garage was easy access, ski locker great! Jacuzzi was enjoyed each day after skiing. Quick walk to slopes and Park City shuttle buses. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Highly recommend this property! Cozy apartment with an amazing location, just a quick walk from the base and ski school. Guest services and amenities are great! The rental management company, Sky Run, was very responsive and did everything to ensure my family and I had all we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo with an amazing location, but with a couple of unfortunate flaws.

We were here for a family ski vacation in Deer Valley. This is a beautiful renovated condo with an unbeatable location. The amenities, check in process, and guest services are fantastic. We also got this on sale at an amazing price since we were there the second week of December. It would have been 10/10 but the first night is when we noticed a couple of pretty big flaws for us. First, the mattress in the master bedroom is the most firm mattress we’ve ever felt. Almost unbearable. We actually don’t mind firm mattresses usually, but this was really tough to sleep on. Second, the other bedroom has a loud clicking sounding coming from the HVAC vent that happens every 10 seconds or so. We turned on a box fan as well as a sound machine, but still would wake up all through the night because of it. Not sure what it was. We have twin 10 year olds who couldn’t fall asleep due to the noise on the first night, so we had to let them have the king bed, and we slept in the guest queen beds. It was just frustrating not being able to sleep well. Especially since every other part of it is fantastic. Wish I could give it a higher rating, but at the end of the day, the whole point of any booking is to sleep at night. :) If the king mattress can we replaced, and the HVAC noise in the guest bedroom solved, I would easily recommend this to anyone.

11b powder run

This was a great condo. Probably a few hundred steps to the front of deer valley resort Snow lodge. Just walk to the ski lifts. The condo was clean, well organized and had a great floor plan. The beds were very comfortable and the place overall was just fantastic. In addition, the SKY run property management company was extremely responsive and helpful in making sure everything was perfect. 5 star ratings all around. We will definitely be back.

Great place!!

We enjoyed our ski trip here!! Easy walk to the lifts, very close drive to restaurants & stores!! This condo has everything you need. Lots of nice towels & bedding! It is stalked well for a week long visit!! Hot tub is so relaxing after skiing all day!! Nice washer/dryer!! Plenty of firewood to enjoy!! We will stay here again!!

An Amazing Property

I have never written a review of a VRBO property before but am making an exception here. We spent a late summer week there and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is located in lower deer valley so there is no tedious winding through the mountain roads to get anywhere. It is just far enough away from Main Street Park City to avoid the hustle, bustle, and noise, but all the shops, stores, restaurants, and bars are just a few minutes away by car. If you don’t feel like driving just catch one of the free buses that stop at the bottom of the stairs just outside the building. The St. Regis Hotel right next door has a couple of fine restaurants if you don’t feel like driving. Or, there is an excellent gas grill on the balcony if you want to hang out at home base. The floor plan is double master bedroom style with each bedroom having its own private full bath. There is also a common area half bath. Two balconies separated by the large wood fireplace in the living room made it easy to find shade or sun depending on one’s mood or desires. The kitchen was well stocked with new appliances and everything worked. The unit was clean and well furnished. The living room tv had a Roku that allowed streaming and internet service was great. The area around Park City has some beautiful scenery and loads of hiking and biking trails. We felt like a week there only allowed us to scratch the surface of all the things to do and see. Highly recommend.

Deer Valley

Could use a good carpet cleaning. Also carpets in bathroom desperately need washed or replaced. Several dirty dishes/silverware upon first use. Maybe have cleaning crew take a better look. Also we were told pool guy would be there to check the spa 3 times during our stay. Never saw anyone and the spa definitely needed chemicals. Great location to get to many activities. Spacious rooms. Bathrooms are in need of attention. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic

Such a great condo! Short walk to Snow Park Lodge, which is where ski school meets (and where you can valet your skis!!) Clean, nice views, covered parking, spacious, stocked with games and books, roomy mudroom area for all the gear. It was perfect for our family of four!

Beautiful condo and excellent service

We stayed for four nights around Labor Day and had a great time. The condo is modern, clean, and spacious. Very convenient location at the base of the mountain- would be great for a ski vacation. Management company was excellent.

This is a fantastic condo!!! we love the close proximity to the mountain and ski school! having its own hot tub was a plus for my kids. the onsite underground parking was an added bonus since it was a busy time at deer valley. it is nicely furnished and was perfect for our family vacation!

Great location

This condo was a great location next to Deer Valley and had plenty of space. The spacious living room and balconies provided plenty of area for the kids to play while the adults enjoyed the hot tub. Underground parking garage was very convenient.

Great condo

Condo is very nice. Not stuffy and over furnished like some. Towels and linens are very good for a rental. Close to snow park lodge and right on the shuttle route so east to town. Hands down a great stay.

Amazing place

This condo is outstanding. The location is perfect (easy stroll to Deer Valley main lodge), the kitchen is well stocked, the hot tub has amazing sunshine and views, and the management company was responsive. We were 5 friends and had plenty of space. Beds also very comfy. We will be back!!

We had a great vacation stay at this condo. It is very convenient to ski school and to the snow park lodge. The condo was very nice and had the supplies we needed. We enjoyed using the hot tub and fireplace. We hope to book it again next winter.

Loved our stay!

Wonderful condo in the perfect Deer Valley location. Short walk to Snow Park Lodge. Loved everything about this home, including it’s well-stocked kitchen, great appliances and (my favorite!) the wood burning fireplace with gas assist. Beds were comfortable and garage parking was welcome. Can’t wait to visit again!

Wonderful condo with ski run views

This was a wonderfully appointed condo with 2 large bedrooms and a comfortable, open living/dining kitchen area. The floor plan allowed easy socialization whether cooking, eating, playing board games or watching the large T.V. The Jacuzzi hot tub on the deck was very clean, warm and was very enjoyable! It was a short, flat 1.2 mile walk to old town Park City and there are several hiking/biking trails nearby. The Deer Valley ski slopes are visible from the condo and allow lovely mountain views as well. We enjoyed our stay there very much and would definitely rent again!

Perfect Deer Valley Condo

Great condo, right at the base of Deer Valley, easy access to the slopes, and the free shuttle to Main Street. The family loved the private hottub, the condo obviously has been recently upgraded and it was super clean. Working with SkyRun was easy and efficient. Highly recommended.
