The Space:

Take advantage of this 160m2 apartment ideally located in the heart of the Marais, on the 2nd floor with elevator! This air-conditioned and completely renovated luxury property can accommodate up to eight travelers.



The apartment has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, arranged as follows:

• 1st bedroom: with Queen size bed (160 × 200), ceiling fan and storage space.

• 2nd bedroom: with Queen size bed (160 × 200), ceiling fan and storage space.

• 3rd bedroom: with Queen size bed (160 × 200), ceiling fan, Smart TV, storage space and dressing room. It also has an adjoining bathroom (bathtub and toilet).

• 4th bedroom: with two single beds, ceiling fan and storage space.

It also has an adjoining bathroom (shower and toilet).

• Three bathrooms: one of which is located in the hallway (with toilet, washer-dryer, bathtub), the other two are adjoining. Each bathroom includes hairdryer, soap and shampoo.

Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.

• A spacious air-conditioned living room: with flat-screen Smart TV, storage space, three sofas and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi access.

• An open equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, hotplates, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, utensils, pots and pans.

• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.

• A balcony: table and chairs.

The apartment also has laundry facilities: iron and ironing board, as well as a drying rack.

You are staying in the heart of the Marais, one of the most emblematic and historic districts of Paris, ideal for discovering the city on foot between shops, typical cafés and famous monuments. Just a few minutes' walk away, you can enjoy a coffee or brunch at popular addresses like Café Charlot or Le Loir dans la Théière, and have lunch or dinner at renowned restaurants such as Le Bouillon Racine or Chez Marianne, perfect for an authentically Parisian culinary experience. For your daily shopping, several supermarkets, greengrocers and bakeries are within walking distance, such as Monoprix, Franprix and local artisans for fresh bread, fruit, wine and quality products. We want to ensure that you have the best possible stay, and kindly request you to familiarize yourself with and adhere to the following rules to ensure a smooth experience for both guests and hosts.



Included Services:

Bed linens and towels are provided, offering you maximum comfort and convenience during your stay.

Professional cleaning services will be provided upon your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is impeccable for your enjoyment.

If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.



Family Services:

If you need a baby cot and a high chair, please inform us in advance (with 72 hours' notice), and subject to availability, we will gladly provide them.

Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.



Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. until 9:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 9:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.

A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.



Deposit Requirement:

A deposit of €700 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.



Additional fees:

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines:

Respect the tranquility of neighbors. Loud noises may result in deductions from the security deposit.

We would like to inform you that the building is currently undergoing facade restoration work for an indefinite period. We are not responsible for the situation and will not accept any claim for reimbursement for the inconvenience caused.



Internet Etiquette:

Avoid using Internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyright-protected works. Do not browse websites prohibited by French and European legislation. Please understand that any Internet malfunction caused by telecommunication operators is not our responsibility and will not lead to compensation.



Professional Use and Photography:

No photo shoots, filming, professional appointments, or commercial use is allowed without prior authorization. Contact us for specific rates and permissions.



We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under the age of 23 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
