History of Le Domaine d’Orgemont:
The Domaine d’Orgemont dates back to the 14th century, it was the property of Pierre d’Orgemont chancellor of the King Charles V of France. The modern castle dates from the 19th century
where it was built along with the chapel in the 22 acres parc. From agricultural estate to countryside residence, the Domaine d’Orgemont became a protestant theological center in the sixties.
In the seventies, a national trade union bought the estate to create a training center. It was then abandoned in 1988, and remained so for 30 years, until it was bought by the current owners, who conducted renovation for 3 years to finally open the site in May of 2021.
