Other remarks

The presence of stairs in the house makes it difficult for a disabled person in a wheelchair to be present.

A small path starts on the terrace side of the house and rises into the forest. A hill leads over rocks to the side of the house. (Unsecured area)
Be careful, access is not recommended, do not let a child go alone.

Parties are not allowed, noise must be greatly reduced from 10pm.

The calm of this property is very protected.

The house is strictly non-smoking, cigarette butts do not throw on the ground.

The house is located near a railway track – very few crossings (1 to 2 very fast crossings per hour on weekends).

Grocery store in the village of Boigneville, open from Monday to Saturday until 7:00 p.m.
Carrefour in Malesherbes has a DRIVE service. (10 min by car)
