6 Week Stay

Property was well stocked for stay with towels, beach chairs and kitchen items. Convenient to have washer and dryer. Any issues such as coffee pot that wasn’t working correctly was reported to owner and was replaced by the next morning. We would definitely stay again.

Clean and Comfortable

The kitchen was well stocked! Loved the outdoor patio area. The whole place was clean and comfortable. The tv was easy to use. Parking was conveniently out front. The location was great- local restaurants like Foxboro’s, Texas Tony’s, and Stix were minutes away as was the Publix grocery store. Naples Pier beach was about 10 minutes away as was 5th Ave etc. Naples Botanical Garden was a few minutes away. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Great location for East Naples Community Park

My friend and I chose this location to be close to the US Open pickleball tournament and it is indeed close about 1 mile away. Close to grocery and a few nice restaurants. The property was very nice, neat and has everything you need. The rental is in a neighborhood that is an interesting, some properties well kept and others not so. A male came knocking on our door looking for a specific person. As we denied knowing them, they left without incidence.

Property was very clean and provided all necessary items.

On arrival we were a little surprised by the outside and wondered what we rented. But the place was exactly as advertised. Our host provided all the necessary items needed for a trip. It would have been nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine but the plastic chairs were not very comfortable! The kitchen was well equipped but missing some necessary items such as garlic crush, and a strainer for pasta. Grocery stores and restaurants are very convenient and although most of the beaches were closed because of the hurricane, they were close by. This would be a perfect place to stay for a fishing trip or a girls get together!

Bonne localisation pour départs en balade … en voiture

Location faisant partie d’un ensemble de plusieurs appartements de plein pied. Appartement rénové, bien équipé et propre, nécessitant cependant quelques maintenances et réparations. Lits confortables, produits et serviettes de salles de bain en quantité. Hôtes très sympathiques et Osnel réactif pour nous dépanner. Location surprenante et attachante pour qui ne recherche pas le luxe.

Great East Naples Home Base for Exploring Beaches, Everglades

Our group of three had a great time visiting the Naples area and staying at the Gulfstream place. About 15 minutes from the Naples Pier and Lowdermilk beaches, 30 minutes from Marco Island, and 40 minutes from Everglades City, this clean, compact unit had what we needed for a busy week (including beach chairs!). Located off a main road in a fairly quiet residential area, the property is close to a Publix and Aldi for groceries, but not really walking distance from restaurants. The kitchen has a nice electric induction range, full sized fridge, blender, and microwave with most of the utensils and pots/pans you'll need (though we couldn't find a colander). The bathroom has a nice shower, and the two bedrooms have plenty of pillows, blankets, and sheets (also a fold-out sofa in living room). Everything was very clean when we arrived, and our host was generous enough to let us check in a few hours early. Communication was very easy, for example when we got a quick answer to our question of where the washer/dryer were (answer - two laundry areas on the property with separate doors/keys and ample detergent). Note that entry to the property is monitored by video cameras, so make sure to cover up after coming back from the beach! Overall, we found it an easy space to stay for a week of beaching, boating, and exploring.

Only a few miles from the beach

Proximity to beach was good. Much more affordable than staying over the bridge. Condo was as advertised.

Spring Break

We needed a getaway from life in Indiana! This was a great place to stay at. Unfortunately, my wife and I do not understand technology! Therefore we never figured out the internet tv. That is on us! Would definitely stay again!

Appartement sympa bien situé

Nous avons trouvé l’appartement bien confortable avec des petites gâteries fort appréciées: thé, barres nature. Il y a 2 chambres à coucher et nous avons choisi celle qui était plus à notre goût pour le décor. Lit fort confortable avec 3 choix d’épaisseur d’oreillers. La salle de bains était propre avec papier de toilette à souhait. Shampoing, après shampoing et savon liquide pour le corps fournis. Cuisine bien fournie avec cafetière à filtre (filtre permanent fourni) et grille-pain à fonctionnels. Assez de casseroles et poêles pour se faire à manger. Micro-ondes et poêles à induction fonctionnels. Grand réfrigérateur donnant des glaçons à volonté. Quelques items étaient manquants et Esnel nous a répondu presqu’instantané ment pour nous les fournir. Nous avons pu même écouté RDI et ainsi avoir un peu de nouvelles du Canada. Appartement bien situé pour les attraits majeurs de la ville. Entre autres à moins de 10 minutes de voiture du Jardin botanique, un incontournable pour quiconque aime la nature. Je recommande sans hésitation cette demeure pour couple et famille.

Newly renovated condo

The condo decor was true to the pictures in the listing. The owners are renovating other condos in the single story building. When finished would be a good option for families vacationing together. It’s a short drive from the condo to downtown Old Naples and beaches.
