This is a recently renovated high end apartment on the 4th floor of a splendid art deco style building, located right next to the Croisette
The flat features a spacious reception room, a fully fitted kitchen and three bedrooms. This bright apartment is located within a couple of minutes walking distance to the beach. Moreover, its' location benefits from being close to local amenities including shops, bars, restaurants and convenient transportation.
The Space:
The apartment is located in a distinguished art deco style residence, in the immediate proximity of the beach.
It was completely renovated at the beginning of 2023 with high-quality materials and it combines the classic charm of an early 1900 building with modern day luxury.
This apartment has a total surface of 115 m2 and includes:
- Bedroom 1: 25sqm , queen size bed (160x200), extendable lounge chair (90 x 2000) , A/C
- Bedroom 2: 15sqm, queen size bed (160x200), Ensuite bathroom with shower , A/C (no WC)

- This apartment has a partial sea view , offering a nice view of the new harbor
- The Cannes - Nice train line separates the apartment from the Croisette and you can expect to see passing trains every 30minutes or so. There will be a low noise level at every passing of the train.
- The apartment is full of light from the South facing windows in the living room and main bedroom and has a quite North balcony overlooking the hills of Cannes

For stays longer than one week, a mid-stay cleaning is required to ensure your comfort. This service includes fresh linens and towels, and will be arranged and charged separately through the Resolution Center.
✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack of bathroom toiletries, water, soft drinks, coffee and tea.
✹ TOWELS AND LINENS: Each bed comes with fresh linens, and every guest receives one large and one small bath towel. If you would like extra linens or towels, we can provide them upon request for a small additional fee. For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with one large blanket for the double bed and one small blanket for the single bed. We don’t keep extra blankets on-site, and we thank you for your understanding.
