Sunsets and Relaxation await - Spot of Sun Bay Cottage

Restored tiny bay cottage with lots of character, amazing views, sunsets, and all of the comforts of home. Located on a quiet, wooded lot on a private road. 1 private bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite full bathroom. There is also a full size pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy morning coffee or an evening meal on the private covered porch with some of the best bay views around. Bring your cast net or fishing rods to use on the private pier. Beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops and all stainless appliances - equipped with everything needed to prepare and serve a meal. Public beach/Gulf access about a mile away. Several popular restaurants minutes away as well as Kiva Dunes Golf Course. Still in driving distance to all of the main Gulf Shores attractions - 15-20 minutes away.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

* Free guest parking - room to park 2 vehicles on site.
* Amenities include free WiFi, smart tv, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor deck with table, private pier.
* Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.
* Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, starter roll of toilet paper/paper towels, and travel-sized soaps in bathroom.

This was the perfect little getaway for 2 people. The kitchen was modern and stocked with everything we needed to make meals. It was great having a washer and dryer too. You can’t beat the location. Privacy and beautiful views!

Cottage was nice, clean and had beautiful view. However upon arrival the AC wasn't working. But the owner help us greatly to find another location to stay in. Wish we could of stayed in it. Customer service was great.

Glorious Stay for a Couple!

Very clean and quiet. Tiny but perfect for a couple to have a relaxing extended weekend. Loved the pier, there were dolphins eating very close daily. Porch is shaded and great for meals while listening to the waves. I was a little worried about the neighborhood when we drove in but all the houses are really nice on the water side. Overall great experience and the property owner was very quick to answer any questions and made sure that everything was perfect for our stay.

Sweet, cozy & beautiful views

Our little family stayed an awesome 4 nights! Tacky Jacks 2 was our dinner spot, public beach access at Morgan Town was easy & perfect, the .6 mile away DG was excellent for those last minute beach toys needed. My husband enjoyed the fishing on the pier & made beautiful memories with our little one. They had a fishing contest & she won. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise!

Beautiful sunsets

We loved that the proximity to beach access and kayak access were near enough to this home that we could do both easily. We loved watching the sunset from the bench that appears to be especially designed for that purpose. Would've loved to have a ladder to have paddleboarded right from there on the calm afternoons.
