Three lovely stone houses, with private heated swimming pool and a huge garden, set in the beautiful Domaine Lou Couder in the heart of the Périgord Noir.

This superb ensemble of 3 cottages is ideal for large family reunions or holidays amongst friends.
Each house is completely independent and offers its own kitchen and lounge, enabling guests to enjoy their privacy whilst travelling together. The private swimming pool and huge established garden are for the exclusive use of the guests.

LA FERMETTE: (8 people - 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms)

* a ground floor bedroom with a double bed (140cm), bedside tables, lamps and huge wardrobe.
* it benefits from a private bathroom with bath and washbasin and a sepaate toilet.

From the lounge, a wooden staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find nestled under the eaves:
* a second double bedroom with a large double bed (160cm), bedside tables, lamps and wardrobe.
* this bedroom also has its own en suite shower room with shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet.
On the other side of the landing is:
* the third double bedroom also with large double bed (160cm), bedside tables and lamps and a wardrobe
* leading off is a twin bedroom with two single beds
These two bedrooms share:
* a shower room with shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet.

THE METAIRIE : (4 people - 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms)

The wooden staircase (fairly steep!) leads to the first floo where you will find:
* a first double bedroom with double bed and bedside tables and lamps. It benefits from an en suite bathroom with twin washbasins, and bath with shower over.
* second bedroom also with a double beds bedside tables and lamps. This bedroom also benefits from its private shower room with shower and washbasin.

The cottage benefits from oil fired central heating making winter stays comfortable, and you can also make a fire in the lounge on cooler evenings!

* a fully equipped kitchen is largely open onto the lounge and offers: an electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

A wooden staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find nestled under the eaves:
* a double bedroom with a king size bed (180cm), bedside tables, and lamps
* a shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet

A few steep steps lead to a single bedroom, situated in the tower of the cottage. It has a single bed, bedside table and lamp. Please note that the access to this bedroom is not suitable for young children or elderly people.
