Momo's Casita in a prime central location.

Relax on the property or explore all that Loreto offers. The Casita is a separate one bedroom unit with its own entrance within our property walls. We are located one block from the beach/marina and only 2 blocks from the historic center plaza. Hop on a bike, grab a kayak or simply walk everywhere. There is so much to see and do in Loreto.

If you prefer to relax on the property, we offer a pool with chaise lounges, a full bbq including a pizza oven, a fire-pit with seating and a rooftop deck/ bar area. Some of the best sunrises and sunsets can be seen right from the roof deck. The exterior areas are shared with the owners when they are in town. We have all you need for a perfect stay.

Everything was so nice… close walk to the malecon, Plaza Center and restaurants. Bobby and Maura were excellent hosts. The casita was comfortable and just as pictured. The bonus was the roof top seating area with wonderful views. Would definitely stay there again.

More than we expected

The location was great. We could walk everywhere including the beach, downtown, grocery stores and restaurants. Our hosts were great. They checked in with us regularly to ensure everything was going smoothly and that we had what we needed. The overall property was impressive. It was large, secure, clean and included an outside BBQ and dining area, swimming pool and roof top deck.

Sweet studio on beautiful property

Everything you need is here. Great little studio with big perks. Bikes, pool, fire pit, rooftop living space, washer dryer and wonderful responsive hosts. We were able to walk to all areas of town with the central location, but enjoyed having a car for exploring. Plenty of street parking. Perfect rental for a Loreto 🌴 getaway.

Hidden Gem on the Baja

Our first stay in the town of Loreto was a delightful experience! Momo’s Casita is a compact studio, suitable for one or two people. We appreciated the very comfortable bed, soothing rain shower and the efficient kitchen. Coffee was enjoyed on the south facing deck in the mornings. We enjoyed access to our hosts’ laundry, bbq and poolside setting. Maura promptly replied to our pre-stay questions, as well as supplying very useful information about the area. Checkin was seamless with the clear instructions. Bobby was on site in the main house during our stay, and was a very gracious, generous host, whose company we enjoyed! The location is an easy walk to the Malecon, main square, grocery stores and the fine selection of restaurants. Excursions of all kinds can be easily arranged. After experiencing large colonial and resort cities in mainland Mexico, we decided to try Loreto, and have fallen in love with this pretty town on the Sea of Cortez with its tranquility, safe atmosphere and very friendly people. Great Choice for a Loreto Stay

We loved this little casita! It had everything we needed, is in a great location for access to downtown, the Malecon and the beach. The multilevel yard areas worked great to find sun or shade and the rooftop was perfect for happy hour. The owners are wonderful and were very quick to respond to inquiries. We will be back.

Great Casita in el Centro

Lovely property, well taken care of ,within walking distance of everything. Loreto is a lovely town, with safe streets and kind people- even the dogs were nice to me! A little busy over Christmas with lots of happy sounds. As a solo traveler, these are important things. Pool was refreshing , but perfect for me. I would highly recommend Momo’s Casita

Close to everything but a little noisy

This little studio apartment is just big enough for two people. It has a really nice shower with great hot water! A big bummer for us was that the pool is not heated as we were really looking forward to relaxing in it. One of the hosts was there while were staying and he was very nice and friendly. This place has access to a lot of amenities that you don't always find at short term rentals. Such as bikes, beach chairs, nice rooftop terrace. The neighborhood is a bit noisy with loud barking dogs and a fair amount of traffic since it close to downtown and the Malayan. These are no fault of the hosts or place, but something that someone might want to know. This place would be great for a young couple traveling and spending lots of time in the surrounding waters.

4 blocks from the center and 3 from the ocean, this property is ideally situated for walking around Loreto. We were only there for 2 nights and didn't have a chance to use the pool or the bikes, but we appreciated the lovely shower and comfortable bed.

Just Fabulous!

This property is amazing! Perfect location. Ten minute or less walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Air conditioning, Netflix and such a comfortable bed and great linens. So nicely decorated too! Highly recommend.

Great Location - Friendly & Generous hosts

The property is beautifully kept, clean with great landscaping etc. Location is great 5 min walk to beach, malecon, marina and town centre. Maura, our host was helpful, friendly and generous, free use of the common space and use of bikes etc. Most of our stay the owners were absent so we had private use of the common spaces, e.g. pool and roof top bar - which we enjoyed. The kitchenette was OK for self catering, but the fridge is tiny making it difficult to keep food supplies. Secondary, bar fridges by the pool and roof -top are flights of stairs away, making this aspect of the stay far more difficult than expected.

Loved staying at Momo’s Casita

Casita is walking distance to beach, harbor and restaurants. All the comforts of home, i.e kitchen, fridge, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, fresh water, TV, etc. The owner was very welcoming and pleasant. We look forward to returning soon. Thanks!

The most relaxing vacation ever

Loreto is a small town with such a cool vibe. We LOVED it. The casita is one block from the ocean where you can lay under palapas and watch the neighborhood dogs play in the water. Many families come to the playa too. We took the bikes and rode everywhere. There are several grocery stores just a few blocks away. The delicious tortillaria was 5 blocks away. Restaurants were everywhere. The neighbors watch for you and are quick to greet you and make you welcome. The property was gorgeous. We felt very secure as the property is gated. The pool was such a relief on hot afternoons. The casita was well equipped with what we needed. We had such a wonderful time. I can’t recommend this property enough.

This is a fantastic property... a small casita guesthouse ..but perfectly appointed. No one was in the main house while we were here and the grounds are private, relaxing and luxurious. Walk or use bikes provided to the local village. We loved our stay here and will be back!

Great stay in December

This casita was large enough for the two of us. It was well stocked. It is centrally located so that a person can walk every where that they need to go (restaurants, waterfront, grocery store etc). Pool and roof top was enjoyable for early morning coffee and evening drinks. Having access to the bikes was appreciated. Communication with property manager and owner was excellent. This is in the local neighbourhood so you will hear dogs barking, cars etc. To be expected.
