Stylishly renovated summer house with sparkling new kitchen new bathrooms & NEW outdoor shower! 3 bedroom, 2 new bathrooms in this airy one story home. Walk to the beaches and town!
Quiet tree lined street with lots of space in the yard for bbq, games and cocktails! Children welcome!
South facing sun drenched rooms, stunning sunsets

If you don't know Aquidneck Island, all agree that Easton's Point is a special spot.
Ideally situated between First and Second Beaches. First Beach is the closest of the two but, a quick walk to either. Walk from the house, across First Beach to the Cliff Walk. Purgatory Chasm within a few minute walk from the house. Listen to the Ocean at night. Gorgeous quaint neighborhood. Fully air conditioned comfortable super clean home, parking for four cars.

Bath towels, linens, beach towels & beach chairs/umbrella provided.

Short drive to the center of Newport’s shops, restaurants and attractions. Don’t miss The Nature Preserve, The Bird Sanctuary, Newport National Golf Course, Area Vineyards, Tennis Hall of Fame and Sweet Berry Farm.

A Great Stay at Hydrangea House

What a great home in a perfect location! Just a walk to beach, town and the cliff walk. The house is immaculate with a lovely décor and large backyard with a new gas grill. Kitchen is well equipped and the hosts, who live next door, are super friendly and happy to provide fresh herbs and even a lobster pot. (Thank you Cary!!) There is a even closet full of games in case of rain, so what are you waiting for?

Lovely stay

My family and I had an absolutely lovely stay at Hydrangea house!! The owners (Cary and Caroline) are very communicative, friendly and helpful. The house was spotless and there were many nice touches by the owners including basic toiletries, snacks and toys for the kids which made our stay even better. The location is perfect, it is a quiet neighborhood with an easy 5 minute drive to downtown Newport and the surrounding beaches. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Relaxing retreat and few mins to beach

Three couples had a fabulous stay at this newly updated beautiful beach house. We all slept comfortably and enjoyed sitting outside in the backyard and staying up late playing games in the living room. The host left us some yummy snacks, which was a lovely welcome gift. The house is a short 10 minute drive to downtown Newport. The men enjoyed surfing at second beach which is an easy 15-20 min walk through the neighborhood. We had a fabulous day and highly recommend this house to all!

Peace & Quiet

We loved our stay in Middletown. The house was super quiet (we left our windows open at night quiet) and in a great area for relaxing. It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to everything in Newport. The hosts were great.

Holiday Weekend Getaway

Lovely home, great location!

My family and I recently stayed at Hydrangea House. The house itself was recently renovated, clean and stocked with everything we needed for the beach. There were many places to relax. My favorite was the covered front porch where I enjoyed reading, with a cup of tea. The location was perfect; a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, short walk to the beach and only a 5 minute drive to downtown Newport! We loved the outdoor shower. The hosts, Caroline and Cary were very attentive, answered all our questions in a timely manner and helped us with recommendations to help make our stay fabulous. I highly recommend Hydrangea House!

Great Location Near The Beach/Newport

We couldn't have asked for a better stay in the Newport area. The house was so clean, well taken care of and so close to the beach and downtown Newport. The house had everything we needed and the hosts were very responsive.

Great place, location and hosts!

I booked this beautiful property as a weekend getaway with my family for my fathers 60th birthday. The home was perfect for us, great clean space, in a very nice neighborhood close to town. Clean & comfortable

I recently stayed at The Hydrangea House w/my two sister’s, daughter and two nieces (all over 21) to celebrate my sister’s birthday. This house was extremely clean and very comfortable. Everything from furniture, appliances, linens & towels seemed new or in great condition. When we arrived, there were fresh flowers and chilled Champagne waiting for us. Cary and Caroline went above and beyond to make every detail of the house a home away from home. They were quick to respond if I had a question and very easy to communicate with. We will certainly return to The Hydrangea House.

An absolutely wonderful vacation with absolutely wonderful hosts!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! The property is clean, spacious and oh-so welcoming, the yard is lovely and the neighborhood is very charming! Very pleasant stay. House has everything we needed. Carey was very accommodating as we were checking in the morning a tropical storm hit RI. Easy and pretty walk to two beaches, lots of restaurants and other things to do nearby.

Amazing stay!

Cary and Caroline were wonderful hosts! We appreciated the welcome gift and bottle of wine and ease of entry into the property upon arrival. The property was pristine, very cozy and the best location right between first and second beach, cliff walk and downtown Newport. We enjoyed the use of the beach chairs, towels, and all the stocked items as a ‘starter’ from paper products, detergent, soaps and shampoos was very convenient as we did not have to run right out to the store to purchase. We will definitely be back!

A perfect stay in Newport

If you don't know Aquidneck Island well, all agree that Easton's Point is a special spot.

Purchased in March 2021 and newly renovated. Brand new kitchen and bathrooms (totally rebuilt). Newly furnished. Light and airy. Great backyard for BBQ-ing, eating and showering al fresco! Large backyard for kids to run and play. Picnic table with umbrella and 4 Adirondack chairs for eating and lounging.

Sleep to the sound of the ocean waves at night!

Ideally situated between First and Second Beaches. First Beach is the closest of the two -just a 5 minute walk, Second beach a 20 minute walk. Walk from the house to Purgatory Chasm and across First Beach to the Cliff Walk.

Saturdays and Wednesdays there is a local Growers Market nearby.
Gorgeous neighborhood. Parking for four cars (there is no on-street on Easton's Point).

Very comfortable and stylish home. Everything you will need to sleep, party, cook and relax! Listening to the ocean waves at night, watching the sunset a short walk away on First Beach, and walking to Clementine's-greatest ice cream on the island all make for a great stay in your home away from home.
