It was in a good location as far as proximity to things but on a very noisy road. Perfect size for two people.

Amazing stay, amazing location!

Couldn’t have asked for better location! In walking distance to all shops and restaurants in Fayetteville. Host was so easy to communicate with and the property was spotless! Can’t wait to come back next year!!

Weekend in Fayetteville

Nice property that is in a convenient location to local attractions. Amenities were good, property was as described. It could use an ottoman in the living room for comfortable seating. The street noise is a little loud but cannot be avoided and the owners provide ear plugs. Had a great time and would stay again!

Overall it met our expectations. Walking distance to town. Fayetteville is perfect town to explore The New River Gorge and surrounding area.

Great location

This property was in a great location! The only negative parts of our stay was the smell of stale cigarette smoke in the apartment and the bathtub not being updated with the rest of the bathroom/apartment.

Anniversary trip

The property was clean and updated. Within walking distance to several great restaurants and just a short drive to hiking trails, ziplining, rafting and the Bridge walk. Please add hooks for hangers/clothing as the water heater takes up all of the room in the only closet. Thank you!

Just what we wanted.

Everything about our stay was great! Our space was clean, smelled really great our whole stay, plenty of clean linens and bathroom supplies. Fully stocked Keurig machine with tea and coffee selections. Onsite parking, outdoor seating and a view of the main drag from our front window. Good temperature climate control, full sized fridge and stove. Everything that my wife and I were looking for during our WV hiking adventure and will stay again next time because it’s minutes from everything and the small town is within walking distance!

Great location

Pros: This place was well located to New River Gorge and to multiple restaurants and an excellent cafe. Our host was super responsive and very helpful. The room was comfortably furnished and the kitchen was well equipped, including a tea kettle. Parking was available on-site. Cons: the bathroom was not as well kept as the rest of the place - the tub/shower was stained, possibly with mold (I didn't want to look too closely to find out for sure).

A beautiful week in Fayetteville, WV.

We would highly recommend Cozy Court Street to anyone visiting Fayetteville. Our unit was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. For two of us it was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed for light cooking. The location was great, we were in walking distance to several nice restaurants and shops. We were just a few minutes drive to all the local attractions. Our communication with Brandie the owner was easy and prompt. This is a wonderful local family owned business who made us feel very welcomed. We are looking forward to returning and to anyone visiting Fayetteville, this is the place to stay. Great location!

We found the property to be very clean, well decorated, and close to restaurants and local attractions. The people of Fayetteville are very friendly and made us feel welcomed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Something to note: the bed is very soft, so if you prefer a softer bed, you will like this one. Also, the morning sun filters brightly through the bedroom shades. It made it easy to get up and out for an adventure on the first day, but my sleep blinders came in handy after that :)

Adventure Getaway

We stayed here so we could enjoy the park, rock climb, white water rafting, etc. It was a clean and cozy place to stay. We loved sitting on the balcony after our adventures. The location is perfect, and the town is wonderful.
