Walk to the slopes! W/D combo! LEVEL ENTRY. Pets

Welcome to our open-concept efficiency type layout studio, just the perfect accommodation for your trip. We feature a king-size bed, a sleeper sofa, a gas fireplace, a private balcony, and level entry. We are pet-friendly! We are conveniently located right across the street from the Beech Mountain Resort, water tubing, Oz festivities & Overlook barn. You can easily park outside the unit and walk over to the resort. Find restaurants within walking distance. Come and enjoy your stay!

The cozy condo is conveniently located right across from parking lot 2 ( Ski Beech) It is very convenient especially when all the parking lots fill up, you can simply park outside the unit and never have to crank your car. Our unit connects from a little bridge to the Ski Resort. You can hear a creek passing nearby as well! We have a king-size bed with luxury sheets and blankets that will let you have a relaxing stay.

We will provide you with a unique code for your stay a day before or the day of arrival.

We are members of the Beech Mountain Contry Club, if you wish to use te conutry club during your stay the transfer fee requested by the club is $300 which is not included in your total, this gives you access to use the club facilities including: pool, social activities, dinning venues, fitness center, ski lodge and fitness classes * fees may apply. If you don't wish to use the club facilities during your stay NO aditional paymen will need to be made

The membership transfer has to be completed at least 3 days before check in.

The Beech Mountain Club activities start on Mother’s Day weekend and the club usually closes the third weekend in October. The pool opens Memorial Day weekend and closes on Labor Day weekend.

•Pet fee is $35 per pet and $50 for longer stays. The payment request will be sent once the booking is completed.

No cats allowed

•During the winter season you must bring the appropriate vehicle (4x4, AWD or snow chains) to avoid putting your family and others at risk!

Note Your safety matters. This property features an exterior camera above the front door looking into the parking lot. It does not look into interior spaces.

Our stay was fantastic, this little studio was right across from the parking lot so easy access to the slopes from this location. The space was perfect for our family of 4 and our small 4 legged friend. We had a great stay!

Fabulous Stay

This place provided a warm home feeling with all the necessities. This is a perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway. My wife and I were welcomed byu the host prior to our arrival and was even in constant communication leading up to the stay. The place is only a 5 min walk to the Ski resort. If we are ever in the area again, we will stay here.

It’s a wonderful place to stay

My family (2 adults, 1 teenager and a small dog) stayed there during the thanksgiving for a couple of days. We enjoyed the wonderful family time with the cozy, clean, beautiful, and convenient studio. It has everything we needed. We cooked meals, watched tv shows, walked to the ski slope, explored the mountains, and on the first day we had snow showers! Our dog enjoyed this place, and happy for the dog treat the owner prepared for her! Thanks the nice people for sharing their nice property!

Very cute place, great location for what we needed and owners were very attentive. Our ceiling fan remote was dead and they brought the battery from their own remote so we could have fans! Would definitely stay here again.

This is basically a painted over old beach hotel room. Appliances, bathroom, etc very very old. Nothing to write home about except the fireplace is a nice touch and the location is great. Check-in process was easy and so was parking.

Great spot for a mountain getaway

My family of 3 had a very nice stay in this unit. We put the portable crib next to the bed, and everyone was very comfortable. The bed was great, as was the bedding. We had everything we needed with a lovely view of the snow and sunset. Everything was as pictured. The coffee shop was right around the corner too. We really enjoyed our stay in this unit.

Overall we were extremely disappointed with this stay. Plumbing issues, a bathtub you can't take a bath in, the view off the patio is of sheds.

Needs much work

Fireplace doesn't work, blanket from closet was filthy, towels were stained, light bulbs out, no instructions for heat, dehumidifier, or fireplace, duct tape on screen and below counter, and mismatched kitchen hardware. The broken fan, luggage rack, and brooms should be removed. The only good thing was the bed was very comfortable.

NOT a ski in/ski out property!!!

Property could really use some TLC... from dirty baseboards to leaking windows and cracks walls it is just not very appealing. Worst part is that this is NOT a ski in/ski out property. You still need to drive to the parking lot (short distance) as walking to the slopes with all your gear will get you exhausted before you start your day. Won't come back next year.

Lovely place but awful experience

When we arrived we were greeted by someone inside our condo and was very confused, we immediately Called the owner to figure out what is going on. They realized those people were supposed to be in the room above us. Me husband and I tried to settle by moving up stairs and realized the room wasn’t as nice as what I paid for and the price difference was drastically different. We called to owner to let him know we want in our room we paid for or to give us the price difference back he agreed to letting us move into our room we was supposed to be in the whole time and made the others move to theirs! By 11 o’clock that night we finally got checked in. The owner did let us have late check out though and we appreciated that very much!

Overall okay experience

Location was impeccable for skiing Beech mtn! You could easily-ish walk to the slopes. I say ish because if you’ve ever been to Beech- you know everything is up hill (no fault to this property!). We only stayed for one night as we live within a few hours. Pictures definitely make this studio look a little newer than it actually is. When we arrived the cleaning company had just left and we were greeted with a HEAVY aroma of cleaning products. We had to open the deck doors to air out the room and even when we left the smell lingered. We were traveling with a 4month old and this made me nervous for her to breathe in. We had issues with getting the fireplace to turn on. Once it was on- we couldn’t get it off. The host was amazing at assisting and as we were leaving so soon it didn’t affect us too much. Overall the cleanliness and upkeep of the place was just ok. Dated even with the attempt to upgrade. Pictures of the outside of the complex would be a good addition to the post. Needless to say when we pulled up, we were all a bit nervous. Communication with the host and service was excellent. Location was great to ski.

Not the best but for a last minute booking it was ok

We booked this trip last minute for Labor Day Weekend. I am not sure if there were renters there before us but the place was not clean. I used the broken broom in the closet and a piece of paper (no dust pan) to sweep floors when we got there and looked like they had not been cleaned in quite some time. We were charged a cleaning fee so that was disappointing. It is my fault for not looking A/C on the listing but I assumed after all notes about heating that there was so sort of air but unfortunately there was not and it was hot. Many of the little things that made the place feel run down can be easily fixed: fan in the corner was broken and unusable, painters tape held up the faux wood paneling under the bar, light bulb out in the lamp next to the bed, exhaust fan in bathroom sounded like it would blow up when turned on. To some this may sound picky but complied with the dirt it made for a not so pleasant stay. For a winter ski trip we may have had a different experience as the unit is walkable to the ski lift but just not the best for our Labor Day weekend trip.

Last of a dieing breed

from the beginning this host was absolutely amazing! The thing that jumped out to me was they didn't have any ridiculous processing fees or cleaning fees. Once we arrived at the property The experience just kept getting better. This quaint condo is located walking distance to the lifts at beech mountain. My wife and I rode our bikes over there for the bike park. The condo itself is pretty no frills, just a nice studio apartment feel. But for us and our two dogs it was perfect. Any questions I had the host responded extremely quickly. In the Cherry on top of everything is this host actually uses your cleaning fee to do the cleaning!!! No ridiculous laundry list of things to do morning of checkout basically just tie up the trash, turn off the lights, lock the doors and pile up the towels. So amazing! We will for sure be coming back here many more times!

Great place

This condo has it all. The location was perfect, the condo was very comfortable, and very clean. The fireplace was even on when we arrived. Highly recommend condo!

Beech Mountain Getaway

Just what we needed for a quick trip to the mountains. We enjoyed a couple days of skiing (loved being so close to Beech Ski Resort!) and visited Grandfather Mountain/Linville Falls. The house accommodated our needs, though we wished we had a good view from the porch.
