Just 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge, Dollywood 🎢, and Gatlinburg 🌲, you’re close to all the action yet tucked away in peaceful mountain surroundings. Whether you’re here to relax or explore, Honey Bee Holler feels like home from the moment you arrive! 💛
The Space
Bedroom 1 🛏️: Main level with a full bath 🛁 and soaking tub.
Bedroom 2 🛌: Upstairs loft bedroom with open layout and cozy charm.
Living Room 🛋️: Gas fireplace 🔥, comfy sofa sleeper/double bed for extra guests.
Kitchen 🍳: Fully equipped and ready for family meals.
Dining Area 🍽️: Large farm table inside or outdoor dining with propane BBQ 🍔 and table on the deck.
Game Room 🎮: Downstairs fun zone with Smart TV 📺, pool table 🎱, foosball ⚽, shuffleboard 🏒, and barrel arcade 🕹️.
Bedroom 3 🛏️: Open area in the game room with twin bunk and ottoman for one guest.

Honey Bee Holler is proudly pet-friendly! 🐾 Two pets max—please keep them off beds or use pet covers provided. Kindly clean up and dispose of all waste in bear-proof bins. Driveway is steep; drive with care.
Well-trained, housebroken pets are welcome. Dogs only. Must be over the age of 18 months and vaccinated. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless crated, there is a crate available for use. $35 per dog, per night. Dogs only, no cats due to the owner's severe cat allergies. Due to insurance policy breeds with a bite history may not stay at the property. No dogs with a personal bite history are permitted. This is an insurance limitation and not negotiable. When booking please message with the dog's age, vaccination status, and breed.
Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to tongue and groove.
We recommend 4WD during the winter months due to the uncertainty of the weather and terrain.
NOTE: Government ID required to be sent when rental agreement is signed for booking to be accepted. Primary renter must be age 25 or older, and must remain on site for the reservation term.

Honey Bee Holler is at the top of the trees in beautiful Sky Harbor and features 3 decks, one on each level including outdoor dining on the main level with a grill and island to help prep food. On the lower deck you will find the hot tub as well as inside games including a pool table, shuffle board, foosball and the barrel arcade featuring 60 classic games the kids will love. The top deck is equipped with rockers for a peaceful tree top retreat and star gazing! Families and game lovers will love this cabin! Our cleaners keep the cabin very clean and tidy, and the cabin maintains its cabin coziness and feel along with modern cabin decor and style.
