Welcome to Field House, in the heart of the Village of Virgil, Niagara-on-the-Lake. Minutes to countless wineries and the Old Town Heritage district of NOTL, our newly renovated home welcomes guests with:

- 1 Queen Bedroom & Full Bathroom
- Full kitchen, dining, living areas
- Incredibly spacious backyard w/ patio, BBQ

Complemented with WIFI, free parking, clean linens & towels, hairdryer, coffee, tea our space is an ideal escape for 1-2 travellers looking for an honest home with caring hosts!

Located within Virgil, our new home is within a 5 minute walk to the LCBO, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, grocery store, breweries, restaurants, pizza shops, and wine tour companies. A perfect location for guests looking to explore Niagara-on-the-Lake by car, bike or organized tours.

Amenities include: coffee maker, toaster, hairdryer, Juno premium Canadian made mattress, ROKU TV, Mini Google Home, hotel grade linens and towels, and a huge private backyard with deck, seating, picnic table, BBQ.

Our home is legal, registered with the town and fully insured. NOTL Permit Number 090-2021.

We had an amazing stay! The property was beautiful and had everything we were looking for to have a relaxing weekend. We loved the location - just a quick walk to Silversmith Brewing Company and a short Uber ride from so many wineries. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Getaway!

This property is perfect for a home-feel vacation! Conveniently close to all of the wineries and Niagara attractions. The home was clean and very comfortable. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again!

What a lovely accommodation for 2. It is conveniently located just off the main road and easily within walking distance to a couple wineries along with restaurants, including breakfast. It is very clean and offers everything you would need for your stay.

Beautiful Spot in Virgil

This was a lovely new house, nicely decorated and quite spacious-perfect for two people. Minutes from downtown NOTL and our favourite wineries. Would love to come back one day!

Central and Convienent

Right in Virgil, so close to everything you need. A liquor store, groceries, wineries, breweries. A short drive to NOTL and the outlets of Niagara. The house was cute, very clean with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. We enjoyed the deck which was very private and secluded.

Quiet, relaxing spot minutes from everything in NOTL

We enjoyed our stay at Erica's place. Even though its right off the main road through Virgil (2 minute walk to Tim Hortons, groceries, etc) you'd never know it while relaxing in their very nice, quiet backyard. The inside was clean and modern and had everything we were looking for. Erica was always quick to answer any messages. I'd definitely recommend this place as a home base for exploring the Niagara area.

Beautiful one-bedroom in Virgil

The house was clean and it had all the amenities that we required, plus it has a beautiful backyard for relaxing after a long day touring the wine country. The only reason that the location merits a 4-star rating instead of 5-star is because of the trucking company next door; it can be noisy during the day with numerous large trucks coming and going. Apart from this slight inconvenience, everything else was great.

Great vibes, layout and location!

This was my first experience with VRBO and I was so happy that everything I expected was exactly as hoped. Erica is maintains a very polite and respectful distance but is always available. What was so much appreciated though was all of the thought little extra gestures she included such as face clothes and enough coffee/sugar/ice to get started. There were cushions for the patio chairs and a hair dryer! The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were so soft! Best of all, she took time to include her favourite recommendations for the area for us to begin our journey with NOTL. I wouldn't hesitate to rebook...in fact, we plan to.

Beautiful property in a central location!

First, I have never reviewed a property before I always let my husband handle it. But I felt a need to review this one myself as it was by far one of the cleanest houses I have ever stayed at. Communication was easy. The house is easy to find. The pictures are accurate. Very cute decor throughout the house. Also small details such as hooks to hang towels in the bedroom and bathroom and wireless chargers for your cell phone are thought of. Very detail oriented. A nice outdoor area in the back to sit and relax as well. It’s conveniently located on a main stretch of road close to wineries and restaurants. The only downside for some might be that it’s next to a trucking business. But, I never heard any trucks or noise in the evening so it was not an issue for me. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting NOTL.
