Top Floor:
Bright, open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area.
Fully equipped kitchen with all-new appliances and updated cookware.
Combined dining table and kitchen island seating for ten.
Expansive decks with breathtaking views of both the ocean and the sound.
Serene King bedroom with a smart TV.
Large en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower and a luxurious jetted whirlpool tub.

Middle Level:
Additional living area with two comfortable couches and a full-sized pullout sofa.
Closet filled with games for all ages.
Deck with a relaxing hammock and a hot tub to enjoy the ocean sounds.

Bedroom 3: Kids' room with a queen-bottom/twin-top bunk bed (an additional mattress is also available).

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip from unexpected events like cancellations, medical emergencies, or weather-related issues, including hurricanes. As hosts, we cannot offer refunds for these disruptions.

Pool: The private pool is typically open from March through the end of October. The pool can be heated for an additional daily fee; please inquire for details.

Security: For your safety, this property has 2 Ring Security Cameras. One monitors the driveway and another monitors the rear yard. These cameras operate 24/7.

Grill: A charcoal grill is provided for your use. Please note that guests are responsible for supplying their own charcoal and lighter fluid.

Pool area was great! Also loved relaxing in the hammock that was tucked away on the lower deck. Walk to the beach was convenient. Beach and sound views were nice. Hosts were easy to communicate with and really nice. We would definitely rent again.

We spent a week over the 4th and had a great time. The house is in close proximity to the beach (easy/short walk). We enjoyed mornings on the beach and afternoons back at the pool. The pool is very nice with lots of seating. The neighborhood is very quiet. Great location and short walk to coffee shops. Overall, great experience!

Overall for what you get for the price it is a nice place to stay and convenient to the beach. Owners were very responsive and easy checkin, etc.

Great property and location just steps to the beach. The pool is its own vibe and was awesome. Very clean. Has a ton of kitchen supplies, which made it super easy to cook a variety of meals!

This was our first trip to the Outer Banks and it was such a great experience. The beach is a two minute walk down the end of the road. The hosts also provide a wagon and lots of beach chairs to make it very easy beach day. The property is positioned perfectly for privacy in the backyard (pool/tiki bar area). The pool was the perfect size for 10-12 guests and the basketball hoop in the pool made for some great family fun. The hot tube on the second floor with a view of the beach in the background and a hammock on the same level, made for a relaxing evening hangout. The kitchen was very updated and filled with all the essentials to make cooking for the whole family very easy. overall this property is highly recommended, the hosts set you up for a very memorable experience whether you are with friends,family, or both.

This home is beautiful and exactly as pictured. It was very roomy for our family of 6. Our kids aged 10-21 loved the lazer tag and the size of this home. The beach was easy to get to, which was great since we spent more time swimming at the beach than the pool. The kitchen is well equipped with everything, including a good variety of seasonings to cook with. Lots of towels were provided and the beds were very comfy too! Cassey responded quickly to resolve some small and very understandable issues we had. If you plan to stay here, the need for bug spray outweighs sunblock! And if you need groceries and are driving 8 hrs, I'd stop at the Food Lion in Nags Head and do it before arriving to the house, and know that the kitchen is on the 3rd floor. The fridge with the water filter and ice cubes was great to have.

Beautiful beach house with all the amenities

We took a quick weekend getaway to celebrate our daughters 16th bday. It was 2 min walk to the beach and pier for all the sunset,sunrise lovers. Loved the heated pool and hot tub. Highly recommend for all ages!

Perfect getaway

This property is tucked away off of the main road and offers plenty of privacy. We brought our own groceries and remained at the house for the majority of the time-everything we needed was right there. The pool was wonderful, the hottub was perfect for those chilly nights. The view is breathtaking-you could literally fall asleep listening to the waves on the hammock. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

Great house overall. Ac was not working and I contacted the owners and they quickly sent out maintenance to repair the ac. Heated pool was amazing! Will book again!

OBX Getaway

This rental has everything you need for a wonderful getaway to OBX. The hosts, Erika and Casey are very helpful and quick to respond to any inquiry or need. The rental is conveniently close to the beach and nearby fishing pier. Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants and food options in the vicinity. The layout of the house and rooms make it very accommodating for large groups. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rental has all the necessary amenities to make your stay relaxing and carefree. The pool and hot tub are a great way to chill out after a long day adventuring or at beach. Would definitely recommend this rental for your next OBX trip!

We’ll be back

We arrived on a sweltering hot day to find the house in excellent condition and the AC to already have the house in perfectly cooled temperatures. We were so impressed with its cleanliness, and how well stocked it was for our family upon arrival. Each and every one of the bedrooms reported how comfortable the mattresses were. Great location where you can view and hear the ocean from the deck as well as the sound. Lastly, we were granted late checkout which made our day traveling and absolute enjoyable experience. We noticed all the extra little details the hosts put into this house to make our stay amazing!

Excellent stay! Love the touches on sanitized towels (both bath and beach towels), everything was clean when we got there. Also loved that they provided body wash, shampoo and conditioner (just like a hotel!). They were very quick with responses on questions. They have extra tons of beach chairs that helped!

Good location, quiet area

Really nice part of the islands, much quieter and less developed than the more northern stretches. It's a fairly short walk to the beach and the sound. The pool was clean and nice in the afternoon (a bit chilly at night!). The house itself is nice, the outdoor bath and shower was very handy. Water pressure was not great but that's probably the water supply and not the house. The house overall was clean and in good shape save a few bits of wear typical of a rental house. We were comfortable and it was a nice space to hang out. An electronic lock would be a nice upgrade, I was paranoid about losing the only house key the whole time. This is a great place to get away from things a bit but be aware that the dining options are a bit few on this part of the island. There were some nicer options down in Avon where we ate several times.

Good but not great

We loved the Rodanthe/Waves location on OBX. My teens & I explored OBX with day excursions, surfing, horseback riding, & fishing charters. We also enjoyed several lazy days with swimming, biking, & of course local fishing. (The boys caught & released a shark!) But… At the 1,000 per day price point I anticipated a closer proximity to the beach, (it’s not steps from the beach), the primary bedroom was lacking, along with the primary bathroom. All in all we enjoyed our vacation.

Love the house and location!

This is our 2nd time staying here and certainly not our last! The owners go above and beyond to accommodate and make sure the stay is a good one! The house is always spotless, the remodel they’ve done is perfect, and the location to everything is central and still gives the “private” feel at the same time! Absolutely love this property.

Great place to stay in the Outer Banks

We had a very good time at Casey and Ericka's home. The house was clean, nicely finished, and close to the beach which was helpful with two children. Kids loved the air hockey table and the hot tub was great at the end of the day. The owners were extremely responsive. We had an issue with the air conditioner Sunday afternoon and they were able to have someone come by within a couple of hours to fix the problem. Would happily go back in the future.

Great first time with family in the Outer Bank

We really enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the low key town of Rodanthe and the beautiful beaches. The house was very clean, and more than enough space for our family of 5. Kids enjoyed going in the pool, and all of the amenities of the home. My husband I really enjoyed sitting out on the decks watching the sunrise and beautiful sunsets. It was a very relaxing family vacation!

Casey is an architectural designer working for a post and beam company in MA. We have 2 beautiful daughters that enjoy sports, the beach and dance! We love to show our girls different parts of the country and now share our love for travel ! We aim to provide comfortable family homes in our favorite spots !! The Outer Banks holds a very special place in our hearts and we cant wait to host you here :)

This home is our favorite place to be with our friends and family !! A perfect spot for relaxing by the pool or hot tub, drinking coffee on the top decks while watching the sun rise or walking the short 1/10 of a mile to the ocean. Rain or shine our home has it all from great cozy indoor decor and plenty of outdoor stuff to do, the kids will stay entertained and you will stay relaxed !! It is located in the beautiful quaint town of Rodanthe. You too will love this spot and see what we love about our favorite beach town and home !
