Binic-Etables-sur-Mer is located about 15kms from Saint Brieuc (TGV station 20 mins by car 2h15 from Paris Montparnasse)

House 5 mins walk from the superb beach of Le Moulin and the customs path!
10 mins walk from the large beach of Godelins.

The house has all the necessary facilities to welcome you comfortably.
A fully fitted kitchen, sleeping areas on 3 floors:
- in the basement: a bedroom with a double bed with a shower room and toilet. A room that can be used as a small living room or sleeping area with a sofa bed.
- on the first floor: a bedroom with a shower room and a toilet. Another small bedroom with an armchair bed (ideal for a teenager). A very large bright living room overlooking the garden, a separate and equipped kitchen and separate toilets.
- Upstairs: a large bedroom with a double bed, an ante-bedroom with a single bed and a shower room. Two other bedrooms: one with 2 single beds, another with 3 single beds. A total of 8 people can sleep comfortably upstairs.

The south-facing living room opens onto a terrace overlooking the heated electrolysis swimming pool. A 2000m2 garden with fruit trees and an outdoor shower.

A parking lot can accommodate up to 4 cars.

The house is located in a quiet area and we invite tenants to respect this calm and the neighborhood!

Ideally located between the charming port of Binic and Saint-Quay-Portrieux.

You can rent paddle tennis and windsurfing during the summer period at the Moulin beach.

A 2 mins walk from a must-see inn-bookshop "Le Tagarin" a place where we love to go to buy books / lunch (extraordinary brunches)

10 mins by car from:
- Plélo and its famous farm-inn Au Char à Bancs,
- Lantic and its tree climbing park and zip lines
- Plouha: superb beaches and walks above the cliffs

30 mins from the unmissable town of Paimpol and the Bréhat Islands.

You will be welcomed by Marie. We adapt as best we can to your arrival and departure times (most of the time, you can occupy the house until the end of the afternoon on the last day, unless you re-rent immediately).

We can provide you with bed linen for 15 Euros per bed.

Towels are not provided: we cannot handle the cleaning of towels given the number of people that can be accommodated (up to 14!): thank you for your understanding.
