Peace and tranquility are the order of the day in this former stable transformed into a gîte that can accommodate 2 to 11 people with private swimming pool on an enclosed and wooded plot offering a magnificent view of the Pyrenees, the wooded and hilly countryside of the Baronnies where young and old can enjoy.

House next to the house of the owner who, although very discreet, will be at your disposal for any need of information.

Dogs are ONLY allowed outdoors for hygiene reasons in the small enclosure with kennel available for this purpose, if the rules are not respected, I will be uncompromising and the dog will not be able to stay at the cottage during the stay.

RATES according to season 2 nights minimum (from 95€/night/4 people and supplement/night/person over 4 people)

Low season: January, March, May, October, November, December (excluding the end-of-year festive period)
•1000€/week for 11 people
Oil heating in addition (100€/week)

Mid season: February, April, June, September
• 1500 €/week for 11 people
Oil heating in addition (100€/week)

High season: July, August, end-of-year celebrations
•2000 €/week for 11 people


MANDATORY SUPPLEMENT:

• Tourist tax: €1.40/night/adult (free for children under 18).

• End-of-stay cleaning fee: 120 €

• Oil central heating (100€ the week from October 1st to May 31st depending on temperatures)



POSSIBILITY TO ADD TO THE RENTAL:

• Bed linen: 12€ per pair of sheets (fitted sheet, flat sheet, bolster case and matching pillowcases), beds made on arrival.

• Towels: 8€ per person per kit (1 bath towel, 1 towel and 1 glove)
