This spacious, centrally located, Cozy One bedroom & one bath Second FL condo with lake view is the perfect winter retreat, located in the desirable St. Croix Community in North Naples.
The home has excellent views from the lanai and bedroom. Whether you play tennis, work out, walk, bike, or simply like to lie by the pool, it is impossible not to relax when you return to this welcoming condo. There is a large Flat Panel TV in the living room and an additional flat Panel TV in the Master Bedroom. The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed and a private en-suite bathroom . The Living Room provides a Sleeper Sofa for additional guests. The Open Concept Kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs and contains breakfast bar stools.
This cozy Second FL condo (just 10 steps up) will provide you with all the comforts of home including a washer and dryer. An access pass for the front entry gate is provided for your use during your stay and beach chairs/umbrella are available. Sorry NO Smoking & NO Pets Allowed by the HOA.
St. Croix at Pelican Marsh is located in North Naples, on Immokalee Road just west of I-75 and is a gated community located 20 minutes from Ft.
