Private Golf Club Condo, Membership Transfer Available!
This spacious, ground level, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is located on the 17th hole of Cypress Woods Golf Course, a private 18 hole Championship course with transferrable membership privileges including golf, pickleball (8 courts), tennis courts (2 courts), restaurant, bar, leagues/activities, a 24 hour fitness center, 4 pools and more! Only 15 min to white sand Gulf beaches, in the heart of North Naples!
The master bedroom features a king bed, and the second bedroom features an adjustable queen bed, perfect for people with mobility issues. Private parking is just out front and the back screened in porch overlooks the golf course. The open floor living room and kitchen give a spacious area for socializing with friends and family. A community pool is nearby.
Cypress Trace has 3 pools accessible to our guests. If you choose to transfer the Golf club membership, you have access to all of the amenities of the Cypress Woods Club and Community. Click Here for a Video Tour of our Condo
Golf club membership can be transferred at the guest's request and are paid directly to Cypress Woods. The transfer fee is $500 regardless of how long the rental period (minimum of 1 month), plus a one time $350 application fee and a $150 background check fee. The application and background fees are required even if you don't do the membership transfer.

We supply all linens, bath towels, hand towels, etc (we do not supply washcloths).

Hello! Our family (Jess, me, our son) live in Freeport, Maine. We own and operate ProActive Properties and have been hosting guests in some of our favorite travel destinations since 2014. I also own an international travel company, ActivSport Travel, and Jess has extensive experience in education as a high school math teacher and leading international educational tours. Our passions lay in soccer, skiing, traveling the world, and being outdoors.

Cypress Woods is a bundled private golf community that allows owners like us to transfer our membership benefits to our renters (1 month minimum stay is required) so that they can enjoy playing the beautiful golf course as much as they like (and 61 other courses between May and October!), as well as the club bar/restaurant, community social events, golf and pickleball leagues, fitness room, and more!
